These people are usually the sons/daughters (lol) of already famous people, or those who have in-roads to high-ranks of power. For example; Lady Gaga, Taylor swift, Amouranth, Miley Cyrus. Those who are psy-opd front and centre.

This isn't a grand scheme plan of attempting to faggotise the population, rather a choice of making offspring that will be the most profitable. Think of indians and chinks drowning female infants because males are worth more. It's the same mechanism and concept that drives the gender swapping.

The expertise required to swap a male baby to a female one, and have them to be so convincing as females that men would see them as sex symbols, has led many private practitioners to make their own business offering gender reassignment.

The tranny fad is the modern day face-lift and nip/tuck; plastic surgery that was highly popular, or at least popularised, in the 90s.
