I've never understood why a country would just invite a yank occupation garrison, especially during peacetime. Denmark is under no threat from anyone, it's a worthless country that doesn't even have a sizable Russian minority to mistreat. Invading them would be a net loss even if zero soldiers die, just look at how it worked out for Germany.
I guess the idea is to shame the yank government for spending a million dollars or whatever protecting the border when they could have sent that much to Ukraine to buy more Egyptian mansions? I don't see the point, it's not like the yanks are going to let them publish the results to their population anyway.

South Korea is more important to the US than the Ukraine, strategically and economically. And that assumes there will be two Ukraines, which I think at this point Russia is starting to realize it can't tolerate.

Think about the absolute hubris and entitlement of what they're saying: "You must protect our borders, the borders of the Ukraine, at the expense of your own". If this becomes common knowledge I would not be surprised if you had a large number of Texans and other Americans saddling up to join Russia to help them take out the trash.

I've known Danes in the US and they can be naive about Americans, and that was before we devolved into anarcho-tyranny. You all really don't deserve what's coming.

It's disgusting tbh, even pro-Ukraine channels like like WillyOAM are mad that it's too late to retreat for the Ukrainians and it's becoming a slaughter.
I'm happy to admit Russia will take greater losses during the initial attack, I'm sadly not surprised they won't admit Ukrainians are getting slaughtered as they are put into a cauldron and rout.. sorry, "counter retreat".

I actually want to see this. Not so much more souls being thrown into the meat grinder but certainly the biggest tugboat walking away because they see how fickle and ungrateful Z-man and his yes-men are after everything that has been done for them.
For them to say that the states should disregard their own border for fucking Ukraine, a country a lot of people didn't know or care about, then forgot after Crimea and probably couldn't pinpoint on a map still, is mind-blowing.
I have no opinion on the Mexcian border but I am floored at this statement and its delusional implications.
On the other hand, I wonder if this will have an adverse effect with Ukraine haranguing all of Europe to keep the cash flowing in.
Considering prices on resources and the pressure on welfare / healthcare / education systems doubled due to budget slashing to funnel more money to the war effort, I can't help but dread how it's gonna fuck over society in the long run.
That's not to mention countries that are now funneling money to the Israel - Palestine conflict which is a whole other can of worms. There's only so much the EU can do before we kamikaze our own economy.

Considering quick collapse of Ukrainian army in Avdeevka and that in Avdeevka were at least two most elite ukrainian brigades, 110th motorized brigade and 3rd storm brigade of Azov, who were eqipped with the best NATO armament and equipment, there is a good question, how much of that NATO equipment and armament Russian army captured there. Those ukies, who succede to escape were mostly on foot, so they could not take much of it with them.
