I can sort of understand the general feeling. There’s some gay term for it, but it’s basically anxiety about starting working on something. I get that about studying for a test because I picture the material as a monolith rather than smaller tasks that are interconnected. I still suffer from that badly on a subject my degree had me briefly understand, but is a black box to me and my instructors have no clue how to teach people of varied backgrounds.

Someone brought up divorce a while before Depp. Nick responded that he and his wife were committed, but that even if something DID happen, the children and taken care of becuase neither could screw the other over in a hypothetical divorce. I believe it was in proximity to Nick talking about MGTOW amd his disagreement with the ideology.

It sounds like a post-nuptual agreement, or more confirmation that the parents bought the house for them--despite Nick's assertions to the contrary.

If Nick were correct and he and Kayla did buy the house (after buying the other one that family is squatting in) when they were broke and he was going to law school ans working Well Fargo starter job, they are up to their eyeballs in debt and RMS Rekeita should capsise if he loses income. The truth is likely in the middleground that Nick and Kayla assumed most of the debt under their names, but Nick's parents (formerly grandparents) were the guarantors and have helped out in many ways.

It's a weird arrangement if you ask me. Parents can't sell the house -- it has to be maintained for the children. But what happens then? All five kids live in the parental home in perpetuity? The last one to find a partner and move out takes all? Is it passed on to the great grandchildren?

The only reason I can see why you'd make such an arrangement would be because you feared your kid getting rinsed in a divorce settlement, or because you had no faith in your kid's ability to make sensible fiscal decisions.

Perhaps the idea is that when the kids reach majority age, the house would get liquidated and they'd split the money, giving each enough for a sizable deposit on their own home?

There is no reason to pity 10+ years of this behavior, probably nearly 20 when they were dating. I've long viewed Kayla as that annoying theater kid in highschool, always needing to be the center of attention. Hell, early on in Nick's streaming career, she still was doing community theater. Watch her on a Nick stream, she's always hamming it up to the camera, flirting with other men, being loud, or demanding he stream her shitty painting (that she bought with his money) gift to him.

You can write these trusts very liberally (much like wills). I know a man who put his house into a trust for his wife so that the few rotten children could not bully her to sell it after he passe on. He also did not want the house to go to them, but rather the adopted daughter, so the trust managed it for the wife who could not sell it, then it went to the adopted daughter upon her passing. If the adopted daughter passed first, the rotters got a portion of the sale price from the trust, but only if they met several requirements (like a job and stable life situtation)

Ultimately we do not know the terms of this trust, but it does point to the fact Nick is jot entirely trusted with the management. Look at how he manages his own life, and it seems correct ij approach.

How EMBARRASSING for Nick, that somehow, his campaign for "the right to falsely accuse someone of sucking child dick" didn't turn out very popular.

I know a man who put his house into a trust for his wife so that the few rotten children could not bully her to sell it after he passe on. There are also things called generation-skipping trusts, where you skip your fuckup child to make sure your grandchildren get the money. Then you can have another for the fuckup, to make sure he at least doesn't starve. Sometimes this is called a spendthrift trust because you know he is an utter retard who would, given control of the money, lose it all immediately.

Nick has made multiple contradictory claims about this, vehemently denying he "has" a trust while sometimes seeming to say the house is in one. It's a safe assumption anything he says is a lie but he has definitely existed with no obvious means of support and the instant he got YouTube bucks, he squandered them on a series of ridiculously dumb expenditures, so whatever.
