Saw Jim on KC last night, kind of a missed opportunity on their part to not bring up the Montagraph or Vic suits because I imagine both of those are major contributing factors in Nick's current downward spiral. Otherwise their SparkNotes for this thread was pretty on point.

Nick has made multiple contradictory claims about this, vehemently denying he "has" a trust while sometimes seeming to say the house is in one. It's a safe assumption anything he says is a lie but he has definitely existed with no obvious means of support and the instant he got YouTube bucks, he squandered them on a series of ridiculously dumb expenditures, so whatever.

The combination of lies (by omission or 'my definition is different than yours' nonsense) and obvious inconsistencies points to one who came from money and resents not having access.

How did he pay for 2 houses? How did he go back for a half semester for a science degree after graduation then quit? How did he go back to law school with 2 children and end with 4?

By his own admission, he worked entry-level banking and retail jobs. He has said he got 'some help' but that is a vast understament.

It's probably safe to say he has gotten help, but not what he's wanted, as in complete unfettered access to the trust money, which pisses him off to no end because now how is he supposed to afford booze that's 100 bucks a shot?

Hope you guys have a wonderful presidents day weekend.

Two Swingers
Parody of Two Princes by Spin Doctors
Written by Cal Rollia ft. @Associate Rick

[Verse 1]
Yeah
One, two swingers kneel before you
That's what I said now
Swingers, swingers who'll adore you
Just go ahead now
One has a balldo on his nutsack
And that's some dread now
This one takes her bulls on bareback
Out of her head now

[Verse 2]
This one, known as Nicky Rackets
Those bottles clinking
Wearing a shitty yellow jacket
What was he thinking?
At Matsuri, I promised he'd sign your tits
Girl, he'd wreck you
At the hotel, see if the balldo fits
He'll eat your ass now

[Chorus]
Swing with her or swing with me
Lady Rackets will adore you, Mandy. Can't you see
I got five kids I don't wanna see
I'll show a career downfall as it ought to be
From a non practicing lawyerperspective, you ought to seek

[Verse 3]
Said
If you? Rather be called Mandy
Just go ahead now
And if you see me & steel toe playing hanky
Just go ahead now
If you, let me call you for hours
Just go ahead now
Spite me, I'll wish you billions of dollars
Just go ahead now

[Outro]
Oh, oh Mandy!
Just go ahead now
Oh, Oh!
Just, just go ahead now
Oh, non-monogamy
Just go ahead now
Come on, forget counseling and swing with me!
Just go ahead now
Come on, come on, come on
Go ahead now, yeah
And if you wanna call me from the shower
Just go ahead now
Yeah, just go ahead, baby, now
Just go ahead now

I haven't watched it yet (will try to do so later today), but supposedly PPP told the 583rd variation of the Drex story. With the ages wrong again.

Though apparently the main point got across that Drex is a groomer, and Jim agreed, so I guess that's fine.

I think, given Nick has mentioned Jim in connection to the lawsuit, discussing Monty might be a risky thing for Jim, so maybe PPP didn't bring it up because of that.

Was literally anybody convinced by Nick’s attempt to pretend he’s sooo unbothered by Legal Mindset’s verdict on his Carano analysis? I don’t think even the Balldowashers bought that humiliating attempt at nonchalance.
I think one of the funniest lolcow traits is obviously blatantly seething while pretending not to be angry.

The social media expert thing always confused me. Nothing about Nick’s show or web presence, even at the time when he was blowing up in success, ever showed any implication that he was smart or understood how social media works. He’s a lot like Mundane Matt, who wrote a book on being a social media expert but had a deader than dead end channel and has for almost a decade now.
Like, I hate the Linus Tech Tips social media strategy and clickbait more than anyone, but the consistent success of it clearly shows expertise in the medium. All Nick did was commission two very awkward folk songs about himself

Does he still claim to have a social media manager?

In retrospect, he got lucky.

He got lucky with Vic, because people were sick and tired of metoo shit, Vic had a legion of fans Nick could draw upon as an audience, and he had an air of credibility because of his law license.

That luck persisted into his trial coverage of Depp and Rittenhouse because people were sick and tired of the MSM simping for Heard, and demonizing Kyle. I think Law & Crime's attempt to fuck with him was their attempt to scare off the Youtube competition presenting an alternate take.

In each case, Nick's audience came about largely as reaction to people thinking alternatives were shit.

Now there are alternatives better than Nick, via other Lawtubers, yet Nick seems convinced there was something innate to his personality that made him successful, and the content was superfluous. He is wrong.

I forgot those gay songs. I couldn’t stand the fucking cringe of them
Someone should redo the drunken lawyer song or whatever it's called to put in the Balldo and MANdy and the other dumb shit he's done since then.

Nick thought HE was the X factor that propelled his success. For a long time during Vic and Rittenhouse, he feigned humility, but post-Depp he loudly and drunkenly proclaimed that streaming was the 'easiest' job and that you 'just turn on a camera, and people give you money'. This proves he never believed the humble statements ar the start or else, knew and willingly drove off the cliff.

He said all the right things, but still tooke a deliberate nosedive. That is what is so fascinating about him.

Does he still claim to have a social media manager?

Rumble, LOCALS, or YouTube?

If Nick were correct and he and Kayla did buy the house (after buying the other one that family is squatting in) when they were broke and he was going to law school ans working Well Fargo starter job, they are up to their eyeballs in debt and RMS Rekeita should capsise if he loses income. The truth is likely in the middleground that Nick and Kayla assumed most of the debt under their names, but Nick's parents (formerly grandparents) were the guarantors and have helped out in many ways.
Nick says he "bought my house, free and clear" without a mortgage. He also says that he owns the house.

Based on what is known about his YouTube income and how much he could have earned in a couple years as a small town lawyer plus the fact that they didn't even bother selling their old house, the obvious conclusion is that this parents paid for all or substantially all of the house with their share of grandpa's oil money. Alternatively, it's possible that the family trust set up by the grandfather's will had enough money it to pay for the house.

The significance of the house being in a trust and whether Nick can actually be said to own the house is unknown. Maybe he is in full control of the trust or shares control with his wife. It was claimed it was in a trust simply for privacy reasons. Maybe that's true or maybe it's structured in a way that he can't really mess with it.

Source for non-mortgage having:
"I bought my house. I bought it. I'm the one who owns it. Nobody else bought it. Nobody else owns it. It's just mine."

"I make more money from advertising and locals combined than I made in my entire life at any other job. Oh, and by the way, to put a weird rumor to rest, I bought my house, free and clear, I have no mortgage and I did it before the Vic Mignogna saga even started."

We're supposed to believe a new lawyer with a small practice in a little town and 5 kids bought a $650,000 home without needing a mortgage or selling his old property, and he did this before he was internet famous. So where did the money come from if not from mommy and daddy? Because it wasn't from any job he worked, by his own admission.

He had about 11k subs at the time. Patreon was around $800 a month. Playboard reports his superchat income on livestreams was in the tens of dollars.

Nick has made multiple contradictory claims about this, vehemently denying he "has" a trust while sometimes seeming to say the house is in one.
Well, the house IS in one. That's public record. The only question is why and how it's set up.

It seemed sort of obvious to me from his statement that the nanny quit without notice. I wouldn’t be surprised if they tried getting her into the hot tub and between that and the drinking, she decided she didn’t want to work for degenerates.
I didn't even consider that, it does fit very well with what was said, though I don't know why he would word it like that. I would expect him to say "We don't have our nanny right now" without specifying she's quit. But his cancellation notices have gotten so vague and ominous that it's hard to say.

I just remembered the cringe trad wife verse which just sounded insulting to /our wife./

Now you’d need to amend it to include swingers parties and her getting railed by Drexel.

His expertise was basically the “Oh who here gets $XXXX a night on YouTube? $XXX? $XX? $X? Just me?” That works if you have other successes.

He had no other criteria and responded to advice with hostility or condescension like how people here were telling him that having a few consistent shows a week were better than feeling obligated to do constantly being on everyone’s shows (Friday Night tights, the D&D stream, and Chrisie Mayers) because he already was known by those people’s audience and he was gonna get burnt out. His social media expertise was being fucking lucky. Nigger was doing Futa jokes on his trial coverage rather than keeping his late show and day show separate.

If Nick was smart he’d likely segment his shows in blocks post-Depp. News, superchat break, coverage on wacky trial, super chat break, switch to locals for a parasocial chat. Probably not fumble his Rittenhouse interview by crowdsourcing questions for Kyle, don’t ask the Michigan Militia guy about Dragon dildos, and probably send viewers to someone else if he isn’t covering someone’s trial/ on vacation.

The Macy’s method actually helps your reputation because it makes you look like less of a grifter.

And now, like the utter liar who can't keep his story straight that he is, he claims his jorb is the hardest thing in the world and people just can't understand how HARD it is to be a streamer.

He has said that he had 'arrangements' to have his schooling paid for. Nick is purposefully being obtuse about the house. Maybe his name is on the mortgage deed and his school loans, but his parents are paying uim back--with conditions.

Yeah, yeah. I'm happy to discuss how my wife ruined her vagina through giving birth to five children, and my close friendships with the performing negros at popular swinger resort, Hedonism 2 -- but by God there's no way the public needs to know the value of my property.

It's in a trust because his parents suspect that he'd move in the next well hung black man he develops an affection for and before they know it, it'll be the headquarters of the Spicer, Minnesota branch of the Moorish Science Temple of America. Company Lawyer: N. Rekieta Esq.
