I need, for my own sanity, some true and honest autistic kiwis here need to explain to me their condition because I swear to God, trannies make you guys come across like psychopaths. This site in general makes all of you look like psychopaths.
Testosterone insensitivity syndrome (or something like that) is a thing that makes XY people develop female, but from my understanding it is usually diagnosed at the latest during puberty because they don't get periods.
Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome. It's one of the cornerstones behind the "HRT is magic" argument because, despite having XY chromosomes, people with it develop to be basically indistinguishable from women with XX chromosomes. The differences are mostly internal, lack of a womb and ovaries for example.
Actually a lot of legitimate endocrinology revolves around things learned from CAIS women, in that despite having little estrogen and no progesterone, they develop more or less the same as XX women, which implies that a feminine external appearance is more or less the "default" in humans and that a masculine appearance is the result of consistent large amounts of testosterone (also visible in how eunuchs will significantly "soften" after castration) rather than something actually caused by the Y chromosome.
Before anyone calls me a troon apologist, I think calling people with CAIS women is fine. They've been raised female, and the nature of their condition is such that despite having male levels of testosterone, their body is actually incapable of using it, at all, so they've also developed female (or as close to it as they can). These are not men who on a whim decided to force their way into female spaces to satisfy a disgusting fetish, they're women who happen to be infertile from a genetic defect.
It might be that she's leaving something out. My mates daughter has XXY chrome's.. But she also has downs syndrome. But she's very lucky in that she has nothing else wrong with her, in terms of physical comorbidities, that's downs people often do. His layman's theory is its because she's got at least two full unfucked letters.
It might be that this chick is just slightly tidying up her telling to make this fit in a neat little bittersweet that's life anecdote-so close to being a normal dude! - for updoots and because people like to be wistful and dramatic.
Are you sure it's XXY specifically? 47XXY is Klinefelter's Syndrome, they're visibly male (specifically, they look like lanky but soft males). It's usually undiagnosed until they're adults, and then only discovered when they're trying to have children (infertility is a common symptom, 50% can't produce sperm at all and those who can still only produce very small amounts).
He needs an old fashioned crew cut + a proper shave.
I have definitely seen lesbians with crew cuts.
Quite fashionable on campus in the 1980s, at least where I was.
So there's nothing inappropriate or sportive about my advice..
the autistic reporter videos from the 2012 onion are unironically a good example of autistic behavior. There are like 4 or 5 michael kalb videos and all of them are awesome. here is the one about a train:

XXY/Klinefelter's are just men though They don't have ambiguous gender traits, just undersized male genitalia and generally look like very tall but effeminate men.
oooh... lactation fetish. why am I not surprised? saw an article on twitter of clinics wanting to use tranny breast milk (tims) and kinda got the biggest ick i've ever had. last time I had such an ick was when andrew tate was at his peak social media presence.
leave it to troonies to amaze me wtih the lenghts they'll go to to fulfill or rather, play into their own delusions.
Had to look this subreddit up. (Btw I like the women coddling/mocking him in the comments. “How much time are you willing to take to style your hair? It seems like you might be more inclined toward a low maintenance style?” )
Of course there’s more troons than actual women in that lesbianfashionadvice subreddit.
Reminds me of the “super hon” that used to be posted quite a bit:
Apparently this makeup look is the result of “improvement after feedback”:
Yes, this is an mtf troon despite having that androgynous gender blob look:
This troon is convinced he “passes”. He puts in more effort than most but you can still tell. Doubly so irl I’m sure, given he posts in the “tall girls” subreddit.
for everyone and everything. The woman with PCOS can't get pregnant? What if her severely delusional wife with what may be PCOS on steroids got pregnant then. And once again, trannies move the goalpost. They condition everyone to believe a certain thing and then freak out when it's no longer convenient to them.
I have to tell my husband of 11 years that I want to take T. My psychiatrist advised telling him as he leaves for work in the morning so he can think about it all day and his anger response will have mellowed. I worry he may over react and instantly file for divorce and take me off his insurance from his work computer because of being so angry and having not enough work to do.
I could tell him now, he's just playing video games and we have the holiday weekend to talk about things.
I could tell him Monday so we have time to discuss stuff but then there's the separation on Tuesday when he goes back to work (hopefully less angry).
Help!
Then I looked into her backstory:
I vaguely recall a man (in Canada?) who trooned out in the midst of undiagnosed/untreated schizophrenia. When he finally got a diagnosis and found the right treatment, he was horrified at what the medical establishment had done to him. OPooner is clearly under psychiatric care and has some insight into her condition, but she's experiencing unrelenting symptoms and I suspect her delusions of manhood are part of that. The voices are even telling her to leave her husband.
I think someone mentioned a pituitary tumor causing a troon to lactate. That happened to this unfortunate woman, too:
So when you see a troon talk about lactating, it's possible they're on antipsychotics.
A couple people have pointed out Emily has children's books in his room. Apparently those who suffer disorganized thinking read younger literature as a brain exercise. I like this. Everyone should have the opportunity to read for pleasure. If their brain can't follow a more complex work, I hope they find enjoyment in simpler books.
Enough sad mental illness things, let's end on a funny (but somewhat confusing) note:
"IDed as female" but everyone sees her as a man when she goes to the correct restroom. Yet she derives no euphoria from this
This is really sad, actually. She’s so detached from reality I don't understand how any medical professional can consider her qualified to consent to "gender affirmative" medicine. She thinks the woodland critters are verbally threatening her, ffs. This brought me down.
I'm not sure what the best response to this is. Take the day off work, find a lawyer and never come home or take the day off work, find a lawyer and pretend nothing is wrong until the papers arrive.
Probably B so she can't claim he abandoned the house or anything.
