I've looked for it but can't find it because I don't remember what it was called/tagged, but I swear to God, someone a year or two ago put out a Deep Space 9 fic where literally nothing happened except the doctor character showed someone a powerpoint of how genderspecialness works in the omegaverse. As in there were literal powerpoint slides in the fic. It was the bad kind of autism.
I enjoy the A/N describing the characters as "stoic and cynical" and "emotionally unavailable", only for the posted snippet to be... that. Stoicism is when your characters don't act like Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony I guess.

If you're looking for the most stereotypical pooner fics there are, look no further than the Trans Male section on AO3. It has now grown to 73k fics (as of this writing) and leaves the Trans Female fics (at 23k) in the dust. This is across the entire site, so any kind of fandom you can think of, there's a pooner in there. Some of them just straight up write essays on how they hate their breasts. Example below.
This fic does not allow comments and cannot be viewed outside of AO3, but not to worry. It's short enough that I screen-capped the entire thing.
There are quite a few fics like this, where the pooner drops all pretense of being involved in fandom and just airs out their issues like it's a classic LJ entry. This pooner also states that she is intersex, without naming the condition she has.

In this fic, Ghost, a transman, who is on birth control, acts shocked when he discovers he is pregnant. Soap, who fucked Pooner Ghost, is also shocked because he didn't think Ghost could get pregnant. There's a bunch of running around and contradictory bullshit. The author, it will be pointed out, is a nurse. She is a nurse and is promoting medical misinformation, go figure. She has a mask pfp, if that helps.
Here, let's read the emotional turmoil of our dear pooner first. This is from Chapter 1.
So, Soap doesn't know what female hormones are, and the nurse here had a trans character be on testosterone while gestating a baby. Which is dangerous. There was no counseling, no information given so Ghost can understand that yes, he has female parts, he is going to get pregnant. Since this is Modern Day military now, all of Ghost's higher ups will know that they are trans. And yet, Ghost still had PIV sex, because hurr muh birth control.
Nothing says manly like getting pregnant...while on hormonal birth control. Ghost is taking something that has estrogen in it (the author did not mention an IUD or other methods), but who cares? It's fiction! Just let the pooner cry about their baby, ffs.
Pooner foolishly believe they cannot get pregnant on testosterone. Ghost was still taking birth control when an IUD could have made it much easier, especially since many are non-hormonal. Nurse author doesn't go into depth over it. It's quite contradictory.
Once you're over the BPD episodes from Simon, in the fic Simon doesn't actually do any childcare. It's Soap that's only ever seen taking care of their (Aryan) kids. It's a miracle they didn't come out fucked. But who cares about accuracy?

Hoo boy. Seems there's a Dead Dove competition going on in CoD, and it's a doozy. As of this writing, it has 47 fics, and quite a few bits of artwork. I came across it on a whim, and to my ever pleasant surprise, it's got stuff like rape and Soap being turned into a teenage girl getting fucked by Ghost, who in that iteration, is her dad.

First author on display is anxiouscryptidd, who has been mentioned here before for those hilarious trans!Soap fics where you could obviously clock him. This one is about Ghost baby-trapping Soap, who is trans AND an omega, and details just how much of a scum bag he is. The work is here, archive here.
Such a tell how the transman cannot vocalize their consent or lack of it when it comes to sex. They're always the uwu submissive 'boys', letting the real man drag them around.

ABO is weird, anus and vagina are treated as interchangable when it comes to omegas. Like a male omega would basically have a vagina instead of an anus, it self-lubricates and everything, and nobody really wants to actually address where the hell they shit from. So it might actually be an anus technically in that fic. I couldn't really figure it out from the excerpts you posted. Adding troonisms to ABO just makes an already-confusing anatomy even more inexplicable.
