That's bacterial stank, most likely. Women have this absolutely repugnant fishy smell when they have a vaginal infection or something similar. Men can sadly get the stank as well, oftentimes medications or illnesses will affect the bacteria anywhere on the skin - with the genital area being very commonly affected since bacteria love it there (as well as armpits, etc).

So she definitely has some kind of biohazard going on, it's either from some kind of trans juice or "normal" infection down there. I am literally retching as I'm writing this, I have vivid memories of a stanky coworker like that....

Bacterial vaginosis is extremely common in women, even more so than yeast infections, and it is what has given rise to various "smells like fish!" references over the years as it causes the vagina to emit a foul odor similar to rotten fish.

This is because the bacterium responsible, Gardnerella vaginalis, starts overgrowing if the pH of the vagina starts becoming less acidic, which often happens when pooners start taking HRT. G. vaginalis then runs amok as the vagina has become a giant playground for it, and then it starts secreting a biofilm on the vaginal lining. The characteristic odor of the infection is because the bacteria produces amines which can also be found in decaying seafood.

ive donated and i dont think they have ever asked me if i were on hormones. but even if they did, do you really expect a pooner to not lie? the entire transcult is based around narcissists lying to everybody all the time. where the lie is what gender they are,how beautiful and stunning they look, how nobody can tell in public who is trans and who isnt, how the hormones have no negative side effects, how the surgeries make them indistinguishable from the real thing, to children arnt being groomed into it, to how safe puberty blockers are, to there being a trans genocide, to them being oppressed groups, etc.

Man, they look like a fucking parody. the man much more than the woman. I mean, there are short and slim guys and all, and we've all seen them. therefore I'd say she doesn't look all that bad.
