I am going to play devil's advocate and argue that everyone just thought that Kero was entirely done with going to conventions due to being banned for being a dog rapist to his degree, thus making people forget his voice over the past few years of Kero laying low. What makes me believe this theory is that a lot of furries sound more similar than one would think due to them being some form of autistic.

Pittsburgh Furbowl posted this update on their Telegram channel stating that you can't walk into the alley in your fursuit head, and if you do anyway, they're going to make you take it off temporarily so the staff can put a face to the suit.

I'm 99.9% sure this was implemented because that's most likely how Kero attended despite being banned, but still a good policy to enact regardless.
