I don't buy the recent liberal blackpilled schtick.

They seem to be trying to scare their own side into getting out and voting, or to lull the Right into complacency and not going out to vote. They were doing likewise in the runup to the midterms, and look how those turned out.

It reeks of an "appear weak when you are strong" gambit.

Trump getting convicted in any of his trials will no doubt rile the Republican base, but it will probably chill any swing voter support he may have.

I'm not trying to be a doomer. I just smell fuck-fuck games afoot. I would dearly love to be wrong.
Good to always be suspicious of things going well, and while there may be fuck around games going on, the best deceptions are still masked in truth. Your average liberal is going to be struggling to square the wide political control they have with the negligible outcomes that came from it, particularly the social ones. Despite having gotten their politician in place, their glorious semi-socialist utopia hasn't even marginally manifested, living conditions in democratic cities continue to decline, multiple major wars have broken out that have involved the US and its allies, economic conditions continue to degrade, and public sentiment is turning against their public projects in the trans and anti-police movements.

The true diehards will rationalize and justify, but for anyone who's not already completely indoctrinated, it at best suggests that politics is not the tool to get what they want. And the left as individuals don't really do multi-axis approaches to problems - They do a single thing on a single topic and call it a day. They vote for the gibs politician, because they don't want povery, they like trans posts because ally, and they sort their recycling because environmentalism. Only to then refuse to donate to charities that help the people they want to help, they ignore 'real' trans issues because they already showed their support, and they drive a gas guzzling SUV because they already did their part.

When these people feel their did their part and it didn't change the outcome, they just get depressed, blame others, and at best just try to do something different. The last thing the DNC needs is for people to stop voting and start protesting, figuring that the politician doesn't matter as long as they can force legislative outcomes.

So from the succession perspective, swing voters wouldn’t have to shit themselves over fear of Trump stumbling over some legal hurdle, right? That’s to the point of what we’re discussing
Let me be abundantly clear: putting DeSantis as VP is voting for DeSantis as President.
What are his true colors, in your estimation?
He already proved that he won't put his money where his mouth is. Every person that supports Trump knows this is his election cycle, and when you're the heir apparent with plenty of years ahead of you? You know to back off and support Trump. Before he put in for the candidacy he absolutely was the heir apparent to Trump, and thank fuck we saw this side of him before he snaked his way into the Oval Office.

100% cuck, incapable of leading, allowed bush's proxies to hijack his campaign as a "nevertrump" operation.
He failed at draining the swamp, but I think he learned a bit from the experience.

As far as anything else, the left shouts all day about how he’s a fascist dictator, why would he want to prove them right

Also I would take DeSantis. The alternative is going to end up being Gavin Newsom or some shit

If Trump had not ran in 2016, do you think Nikki Haley would've won? Her position reminds me of how GOP candidates ran in the 21st century. I see the concern of Trump being THE figurehead for politics; those are massive shoes to fill given his personality. However, the reason Trump WON in the first place IS because the status quo was not benefiting the American people.

I feel there's something sinister going on with Haley being the ONLY candidate to run. More ammo for Trump? Pleasing donors? Pride? The standard now is that if you cannot stand like Trump has, you're not going anywhere with that confidence or lack thereof.

How the fuck this is going to play irl or is just some decision over quarrelling couple trying to hurt each other with legal bills and fuck you lawsuits.
If a hospital has your frozen ivf embryo and either they or some other retard kills it, then you can sue the hospital and recover damages under Alabama’s Wrongful Death of a Minor Act. The Alabama Supreme Court indicated (to the trial court) that a signed waiver treating them as property might be able to bypass this decision.

Average “liberals” 100% are getting blackpilled. We’re talking people who genuinely bought into the narrative that Biden would be a return to normalcy, and it’s getting harder and harder for them to reconcile that narrative which the media continues to push with the reality that they see with their own eyes. At best these people will be holding their noses and voting for Biden because they REALLY hate Trump. More likely a lot of them simply will not vote at all.

I genuinely do not understand what they are so blackpilled about. They shrieked and screamed for four years that they wanted:
  1. More war. Lots more war.
  2. Zero controls on the border & unlimited migration.
  3. Troons in the military & trooning out kids.
  4. More negro crime.
They wanted that shit so bad they were shitting and pissing blood in rage. None of that was a secret agenda. Biden's given them everything they wanted. Our border is now completely uncontrolled, and sanctuary cities are now getting the infinity Central Americans they demanded. We're balls-deep in the troon agenda and have cross-dressing clowns in very public roles in this administration. We're now mired deep in the sort of military intervention fOr dEmOcRaCy that Trump was daily vilified for not engaging in. And, of course, the "no negroes in jail for anything" mission is being delivered across the country by their beloved Soros DAs that they turned out in droves to vote for.

What the fuck are they blackpilled about? They got everything they wanted, even gay porn in elementary schools.

I imagine they don't enjoy the consequences of all those things. The bitching rabble don't often think about how their politics will affect even themselves.

I wonder if they had enough problems with retards in the lab not following proper procedure that they had to let people sue them

It's Trump or nothing. The GOP has to see that their voter base will not tolerate them being the goddamned Washington Generals any more.

If Haley had been there in 2016 it would have been Her Turn with boots on the ground in Russia by President's day 2017.

They tried to force-feed their base in NY with the Santos Expulsion.
They leveraged the rules to the hilt to try to cram a full-Romney rino bitch down their throats.
The base stayed home.
They can try to spin it at 15,000 RPM all they want, but behind closed doors they know they're fucked if the run RINOs this cycle.
This is why you see these sudden mass departures of fuckheads who keep pushing Ukraine funding and voting no on impeachments.

I think a cool VP for Trump would be some like Alex Jones or Mike Flynn, someone who could prove to be much more of a nuisance and a total loose cannon ready to fuck shit up as a deadman switch. I am sure he can find someone who would be a absolute pest in case he got removed.
Alex Jones would be such a based pick for VP. It’d definitely make the CIA pause before assassinating Trump.

Eastman, the attorney California is trying to lynch for providing legal advice.

The man is a constitutional scholar who taught half the GOP bench.
He now also has an axe to grind.

If they try to JFK Trump they will know a man just as fucking angry with full constitutional confidence waits in the wings to meticulously dismantle everything.
