The real joke here is that Starship Troopers was a book that has practically nothing in common with the movie which was a literal joke made by a director who didn't even read the book because he thought it was dumb as hell and so he made the movie as a parody of nazis. Same with 40k where the empire of man is also a very autistic over-the-top joke but somehow retards on both the left and the right didn't get the message so one is assblasted about space nazis being cool looking and the other side writes massive walls of text thinking its not a joke but serious shit.

I love WH40k because it's a space opera parody in a mythological level. Orks are my favorites with how ridiculous their tech works. Playing them is also very fun.

Nah, the writer of the ST movie made it about how Humanity has to become like the bugs to fight the bugs, the entire satire isn't a left/right or even an aliens good/humans bad. It's just be careful fighting monsters or you might become one. There is no joke or satire in 40k, it's just over the top grimdark, which is why it works. The whole thing is the bad guys are so fucking bad, that good guys have to be equally hard to stop them. There's plenty of irony in it, but it's not satire.

Leftists identifying with a brain eating hive mind of disgusting bugs is on point though.
