Less irritating and more hilarious. He extracts wins from lying about the stupidest things he has no business lying about and then does a little dance about how he fooled you for believing him. Even funnier when the lie is revealed to be a lie it always makes him look worse but he still believed it is a win.

I popped in for a bit and happened to catch Mormon Shaggy's appearance. It was genuinely fun for a bit! I'd never heard Shaggy talk before and he's delightfully unhinged.
Shame no one was watching, though:

EDIT: There must have been a cut in the stream because Ralph had actually been streaming for seven hours at the time of these screencaps.

Shaggy's gone now, by the way, he might've drawn some viewers but I have no idea. I tuned out after the casino finished its intro, around when Shaggy and Piggy were planning their boat IRL trip.
