Denise is cheap, but they've got a child, a disabled elderly man, and Lou; she's not going to try to move all the furniture herself.

However she ends up finding moving help, I guarantee they won't be 100% white, and Lou do an encore of his famous balancing act: complaining on Twitter about people in the service industry while just avoiding being cancelled for racism. He tends to hit all the "other side's" talking points: accents, accusations of theft and incompetence.

Some day a furry who's in a shit-stirring mood is going to engage him on it, and if we're lucky, Lou will forget he's not on Disqus.

Real estate has been in a bubble for a long while, and despite a dramatic spike in the interest rates that should've, in theory, put a dampener on prices continuing to climb, they keep going up and up and up despite loans being that much more expensive to service.

Makes sense if it's being flipped, or if it's a family just desperate to get out of a renter's market. The latter case seems a little less likely, as it's a bizarre period in time where the average price hike on renting has fallen behind that of housing overall, which is bizarre for the US real-estate market.

I've half watched a couple of his chinese spyware site videos now and, barely decipherable mushmouthed babbling aside, I'm always amazed by just how little this guy has to actually say despite several minutes of talking. It's the same shit every personal life update - family hates me because I'm a fat worthless potato that won't fuck off, I'm totally disabled but the evil government won't gibs, passive aggression and seething against the nephew he resents because he has more toys, normal 40 year old man stuff.
