You just don't understand how HARD it is to walk from one room in your house to another, and then sit in front of a camera drinking and acting like a tard!Oh, wait. That's his life, and he can't even manage it!

I've never really got how him professionally malpracticing by doing literally nothing about the Judge using that woman's constutional right to counsel against her was supposed to be some epic win for him. Making a show out of objecting on the record is way "cooler", might actually do something for the client, and is literally just what you're supposed to do.
Remember that this is the guy who unironically claims that Null begged him to disclose which accounts on the Rekieta thread that he didn't like so they could be banned immediately, which was totally wrong because Nick does not want anyone banned and doesn't care, but also that Null doesn't understand social cues because he didn't get what Nick wanted him to do by not asking for it.That was a moment to go all Phoenix Wright. "Your Honor, are you saying you are actually giving my client a more harsh sentence simply because she is represented by counsel?"
No he decided being a creep in an elevator was a better idea. This is his own version of the story too.
The transcript is available. She actually did say some incredibly weird and inappropriate shit about how somehow, the fact she didn't plead to every single charge was a bad thing, and it was somehow bad she had an attorney.Yes I'm sure that this judge said that the only reason that she was sentencing his client to the guidelines was that she had retained an attorney. That's definitely something that happened.
No, you don't understand how HARD it is to simply read 10-15 of a 60+ page legal document for 2 hours and give enough analysis for a layperson to get the gist of it! Of course, anyone would start ironically (it's never just a joke) shilling sex toys and pimping their wife out to other men if they did that for years! Gotta keep things fresh and interesting, amirite?!You just don't understand how HARD it is to walk from one room in your house to another, and then sit in front of a camera drinking and acting like a tard!
He looks cut to shit but if you put him side to side with say, a boxer, he looks less buff than middleweightI think you need to take another look at his physique from 2008

Phelps wasn’t a body builder and he lacks glamour muscles. But his core and breast area are chiseled like that of a Greek statue. Phelp’s speciality was the breast stroke, you don’t want beefy weight lifting arms holding you back
Nick has not followed anyone new on Instagram in a while, but within the last couple of weeks, Kayla has changed her profile image to a ghoulish selfie with Nick soyjaking in the background.

It's probably because we were (mostly) a solid base of supporters to him, so it is probably big ego blow to him that we have completely turned on him. He must feel completely snaked on. I mean, it's entirely his own fault, but it must suck to be him right now.I don't understand why Nick fumes so much about the Farm's opinions about him. The comments on youtube are far more critical of him, especially on the clip channels.
The way Nick stretches things I would guess if you were to actually look at a transcript there would be phrasing like "You have an attorney who has filed........" and he stretched that into "HOW DARE YOU HAVE AN ATTORNEY!" and cornered this woman in the elevator afterwards.
I can't remember exactly what the judge said... but even assuming she said something inappropriate from bench, @waffle is right. You raise a proper objection. You don't bitch out the judge in the elevator after the case is concluded. The transcript is available. She actually did say some incredibly weird and inappropriate shit about how somehow, the fact she didn't plead to every single charge was a bad thing, and it was somehow bad she had an attorney.
When you're an alcoholic, even thinking can feel like work, let alone acting the goat on camera for two hours.Oh, wait. That's his life, and he can't even manage it!
Yeah, Nick could totally have the physique of an Olympic swimmer or a professional boxer if he just puts the bottle down.He looks cut to shit but if you put him side to side with say, a boxer, he looks less buff than middleweight
If he had any self awareness, he could look around and see that the majority of posters in the majority of e-celeb threads are former fansIt's probably because we were (mostly) a solid base of supporters to him, so it is probably big ego blow to him that we have completely turned on him. He must feel completely snaked on. I mean, it's entirely his own fault, but it must suck to be him right now.
we were being WAY more off topic than thatYeah, Nick could totally have the physique of an Olympic swimmer or a professional boxer if he just puts the bottle down.
That's pretty much what I said. The proper place to raise an objection is in court, because you can actually appeal that objection. "I bitched at the judge in an elevator after everything was over" does not preserve the objection for appeal.I can't remember exactly what the judge said... but even assuming she said something inappropriate from bench, @waffle is right. You raise a proper objection. You don't bitch out the judge in the elevator after the case is concluded.
He feels snaked? Some of us are still working with the fact that he shoved bottle up his rectum, and tried to double down his play off with his "Okay, it's really weird, but I'm a little weird myself, so it's okay guise!" nonsense.it is probably big ego blow to him that we have completely turned on him. He must feel completely snaked on.
The only thing I can think of that might temper this stupidity somewhat is that I think he was actually brought on as second chair in that case, so the failing to raise any objection in court might rest with the lead attorney he was working with. That's pretty much what I said. The proper place to raise an objection is in court, because you can actually appeal that objection. "I bitched at the judge in an elevator after everything was over" does not preserve the objection for appeal.
This is what narcissists do. The slightest mockery completely wrecks them. They seethe forever at any slight criticism of their view of themselves as completely perfect.Laughing at the Balldo because it existed was funny, but I'm still trying to figure out if that joking around developed a phallic fixation for Racksputin.
And his juvenile opposition to authority bullshit just in general doesn't work in a field with a structured hierarchy. An attorney is always going to have to obey procedure and commands from a judge. If he still practiced he'd be in jail more than Vinny Gambini for throwing a temper tantrum and wishing a million bucks on the judge.I don't think there's any wonder why Nick wouldn't want to practice law locally anymore.
At least Clay was the mayor, and not a non practicing lawyer
Being second chair actually makes it worse, as he would also be impugning the reputation of the attorney who was first chair as well as himself. The only thing I can think of that might temper this stupidity somewhat is that I think he was actually brought on as second chair in that case
You've just captured the essence of local legal practice, especially in a small- to medium-sized town. Everyone knows everyone and they interact professionally and socially every day. As an attorney, these are the people who can make or break you. There is no more efficient way to fuck yourself than to do or say something damaging to these people while stupid-drunk.I don't think there's any wonder why Nick wouldn't want to practice law locally anymore. He's probably pissed off a lot of people in that particular legal community.
