While never proven, it showed he has explained this police report the same way for years.

However, Abbygale Mertes still claims to be an eyewitness to this supposed violence towards women.

Vito is essentially saying "well they proved that one piece of circumstantial evidence wasn't linked to the crime so it doesn't matter if there's still a witness!" Right now, it's her word against Vito's word. Abbygale Mertes appears to be an upstanding citizen and middle school Humanities teacher. Vito is a lying pedophile. Even now, he is lying about whether or not Kiwi Farms has exonerated him on this particular issue. He is absolutely an accused woman beater, and it has not been demonstrated fake in any meaningful capacity.

Y'know, I was just thinking about this the other day. Isn't SEO poisoning essentially what Ethan Klein from H3 is being sued for? H3 bought a domain to compare some guy to Weinstein and is being taken to task in a defamation case.
