They're not going to throw her out. Debbie's said it on Facebook many a time herself. They're stuck with her. She has nowhere to go anyway and I think she'd end up right back home after a night of cryin' that she's dyin'. That happens every time she goes to a hotel anyway. Even shoving her dad and getting arrested didn't result in anything much. It's time to give up on that happening unless she has some truly major incident.
She's definitely got lady parts trouble and has for years. Which is why I believe her peeing herself is a bad sign. The mental health problems are real. She does whine for attention. But it doesn't negate her real problems. Helping Pixy goes way beyond her getting a job and moving out. She's a clusterfuck. But she is legit mentally ill. I don't see it turning around either.
Pixy says her foot follow up is in march and she was supposed to heal by the end of this one. I'm curious as to what she'll post after seeing the doctor. She's not a munchie really. But she's becoming munchie adjacent. It's a weird scene.

i would honestly not be surprised if she has a kidney infection or some other internal issue that she thinks is her stomach penis so she just ignores it and lets it get worse as time goes on. whatever her issues are they are things that can only be fixed by giving her meds and having a doctor give her a full check up because i highly doubt she gets much done at the doctors given her tendency to freak out on people who dont cave to her LARP. lord knows how much is actually wrong with her that might even be contributing to her mental state as well.

The fact that she keeps slagging her doting parents for pathetic internet attention is what annoys me about her. Without them, she has nothing, much less time and resources to do shit art and shittier cosplays. I have little faith she can navigate the street life all that well if ever dad decides to kick out this ingrate.

When the stomach punishment saga started, my first thought was hernia. She says she can feel it in her stomach, sounds like a hernia or a tumor. But she's been checked by so many doctors for bullshit in the past couple years, that a tumor would've likely be found already.
The little art show is coming up in March. Get ready for the pains about no one buying her art and being mad that others sold stuff. There's a really good tattoo artist displayingand selling at the event coming up. Can't wait to see the posts about everyone being better than poor old pixy, and how their art sells but she can't get a dime. (I will deliver the evidence of Sarah's buffoonery)

IDK if she even reads here or not. Having said that, I'm aware her parents aren't going to throw her out. I've been on, and commented, on a few cow threads now for years.
But this one in particular is concerning because it really does seem to read (as opposed to many other cows) to me that people are being taken in by her whining and refusal to work towards growing up, taking accountability, and being responsible.
In my line of work, I OFTEN (ad nauseum) hear the following from drug and mental health recovery professionals including RN's and QIDP's:
"I'm not making excuses, but..."
"It's no excuse, but, could _______be a part of their mental illness?"
"Could_______be part of ____________diagnosis they got at the ER?"
And others like this. But here's the thing: They ARE excuses. And doubly when that individual can hear or read a person saying this. It's their notice; their "See, THIS works!" card.
I was just reading the Pro Ana thread. Boy, howdy, do I notice that here, Lolcow Farms, and 4Chan NEVER buys into their stuff. As a matter of fact, people are consistent with the demand for accountability to the point of being unnecessarily cruel about it. Because, for some reason, it's socially acceptable to be cruel and tortious in the name of accountability for those with Anorexia.
Sarah Gilbeaux isn't getting better. At best, she stagnates. But more often than not, she gets WORSE. Only Sarah Gilbeaux can help Sarah Gilbeaux. She has to be sick and tired of being sick and tired.
And, sadly, it likely means Sarah needs to experience egregious loss after loss after loss after loss (job, home, parents, etc.) for the message to sink in.

No, she's not a Munchausen. I've got a lot of experience with clients like her. Sarah Gilbeaux is malingering. "Diseases", COVID, surgery, etc. are a GODSEND and a BLESSING for the malingerer. Means they have that coveted condition that prevents, or precludes, them from searching for a job, or getting and keeping one.
It's irritating and a slap to the face of people (including people with real bona fide disabilities and chronic diseases like cancer) who DO go to work every day, and who DO take care of theirselves.
Hell... it's even a slap to Russell "the face" Greer. Even Greer will go out there and work (even multiple jobs) and maintain his own stankpartment.
And I've never seen anyone being exactly generous or "understanding" about his mental illnesses, psychosexual issues, and even his Mobius. But I see it with Sarah here, and that is...concerning. Sarah is not sympathetic. She is not funny, likeable, or entertaining--and I say that as someone who finds Luna Slater and fucking Raven Sparks and Venus Palermo with some (occasional) funny, likeable, and sympathetic moments. Sarah truly is one who is (frankly) disturbing and incorrigible and not worth much of anything.
The whining does negate her real problems. She is an adult. One with a baccalaureate degree, and who had jobs in the past. She whines because she hasn't tasted the sting of a steel toed workboot to that brick face of hers. She should. It might bump her IQ several points and improve her physical appearance.

Speaking of hated mounds, it must be deleted or privated because I don't see it on her AO3. I'm thinking privated/members only like the stuff with the lock icon that was on lolcow. She doesn't want Debbie seeing this stuff.

It was fics only on fanfiction.net. You could get your work taken down if it didn't fit the criteria. You'd be told to go make an LJ if you wanted to blog. Plus a lot of users were very report happy and reveled in being the one responsible for purging rule breaking content. There was a huge incident years ago where self appointed mini-mods harassed users relentlessly for the tiniest infractions.
AO3 however is another ballgame. There's a lot more freedom and there's stuff on there that would have been instantly purged on fanfiction.net. I got tired of wading through ten tons of trash to find one good fic. I'm convinced people use over 9000 tags just to increase visibility in searches. So I hadn't checked AO3 in ages. Then Pixy starts using it as her personal moan zone. But I would be astounded if she's the only one that does that.
I can't wait to see what cosplay she wears. She doesn't have the money for the Chinesium Gerudo Link on ebay. So we'll be spared that horror for awhile longer.

Before bullshit like this, you felt sick, or were injured. You went to the doctor or the hospital. You received a diagnosis. Then the DOCTOR, not you, but the DOCTOR prescribed the medication he deemed appropriate for you.
And we've had FAKERmyalgia now for quite a while. Notice FAKERmyalgia is a woman's dIsEaSe. It is also a dIsEaSe that has had its very OWN TV commercials--and not for medication. Commercials petting and asspatting malingering women telling them their dIsEasE is TOADULLY REEL--ask your doctor about________from Pfizer today!
And, as a case manager, I see some of these too. Often, a look at their records sent from the MD, Psychiatrist, drug rehab, etc. will reveal drug seeking, malingering, or the odd one where the woman got one over on the doctor, but the files show a long storied history of malingering.
Are there women with a REAL condition resembling FAKERmyalgia? YES.
More often than not, they actually have a DIFFERENT bona fide disease or injury, or comorbid (like cancer). Ergo, it's not FAKERmyalgia, just another real and diagnosed chronic condition that cannot always be pinpointed.

Reason this happens (and I've even seen this with stunning regularity on the munchausen board), is this "disease" always seems to hit hard when it's time to: Parent, get a job, keep a job, clean house/do chores, go to school, or any other icky activity women don't like. But funnily enough, it's either totally gone or manageable (so brave!!) when it's: Tattoo time, Disney World time, Universal Studios time, Piercing/tattoo time. or posting all damn day on social media time.
Can find the strength for these! Can muscle through the pain for these! So, so, so fucking brave!
Sarah would just benefit from zero (or close to it) social media engagement. Maybe even pulling a Russell Greer and hitting the Ha! Ha! button without commenting every time she posts factitious horseshit like this. Clearly she is setting the stage to avoid some kind of iminent accountability.
The hospital, for example, would've given Sarah homework expected to be completed by followups. Like DBT work that she can answer questions about from the therapist or psychiatrist. And they're not stupid. They want REAL responses and REAL plans with a timeline/short term goal for getting better. She doesn't want that.
