So,the short version of this is that it's mainly just two spergs talking about The True Pairing™ and nearly all of this is by the admin. For reference, Katie is the social media. Going through it, this is honestly kind of dumb.

Ah, I must have misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you were trying to say that the social media manager actually crossed a line and caused genuine drama, as opposed to trample over this autist's ship.
Bear in mind, I find this to be beautiful in its own autistic way. It's like their version of "Sonic's arms aren't blue!"

I had to share this here, but as a long-time fan of this series, this comes from the heart. I realize Ian Flynn is probably more or on the same level as Ken Penders at this point; he just didn't lose his job yet, and his shilling for his recent webcomic called. Drogune that's paywalled, btw, lol.
He's ruining the series real time and many other factors, as it hasn't been ruined enough, people are starting to realize it or already know that (from recent tweets). He's built up as this perfect writer, when really he wasn't and never was. You see, as batshit insane Ken was with his storylines, it was at least interesting; there was something there. But I picked up a recent comic, and It's just nothing but drawings on paper. I mean, is it a lack of caring or what? This leads into what a friend told me.
“We are entering the era of mediocrity and the sonic community wants to say it's the next golden age because they have been so abused for the past 10 years that mediocrity appears as peak to them and if you even point this out they freak out and go to all the bad tactic's. At least in the meta era, people would be honest about the quality of things. I blame the people praising 06 as an underrated gem for this. Because they started this.”
If it's not the games, comics, shows, or fans and YouTubers, there's always something from pulling this franchise down. Or maybe this series was garbage to begin with, just maybe...

It's not terribly unreasonable to say Flynn's probably got a mind control fetish, is it? Mecha Sally, Worlds Unite, Prelates, Zombots, Naugus, Iron Dominion, etc. and finally Starline - the list just keepsof the number of instances this stuff appears in his stories just keeps getting longer.

Q&A attached. Gee, maybe you should've delayed it for a few weeks. That way, you wouldn't have been competing with Wonder, and the game would've gotten some much-needed polish. Win-win. But of course that's too much to expect from SEGA.

For real. This falls under the "No Shit Sherlock" category. Everyone and their fucking grandmothers saw this coming from a mile away. The fact that Sega themselves didn't speaks volumes about their foresight, or lack-there of.
At this point you have to wonder if they really are paste-eating braindead or they are just intentionally sabotaging themselves for some money laundering scheme or to punish some people working for them.
After all, this has been the norm for Sega and the speedy blue blur since the 2000s

You could say Sonic CD was the first sign of trouble, and that was immediately after Sonic 1.
