She didn't know these girls before - so it wasn't like an ongoing bullying.

They made fun of the way she and her friends dressed according to her and the way they laughed. Who know if that's even true, they could be laughing at something else entirely and Nex just thought they laughed at them, but even if they actually laughed at them... So what. Laughing about ridiculous outfits is not necessarily transphobic, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with one's "gender identity", especially considering this is a teenage girl and girls/women can wear "boys/men's clothes" and nobody would think this even worths a comment. Interestingly, Nex herself doesn't say they laughed or taunt them because of her gender identity, just "about they way we were dressed" and "the way we laughed". She doesn't make this connection.

She initiated the fight by throwing water at them. Of course all (well, most of) the comments in the videos are like "throwing water is not like throwing punches!"

While the camera didn't zoom on her face, she doesn't seem to battered. I don't see obvious blue marks and scratches on her face. She seems fine. I know that head traumas could act up later, but this is still something to note.

And according to the autopsy her death had not been caused by the head trauma. Of course the trans mob claim they are lying. If she was the one attacking, they would be the first ones to take it as a proof to defend her, but since it works against their narrative, the cops are definitely lying. Of course.

It is tragic that this kid had died. But let's face it, if she hadn't at one point called herself "they/them", it wouldn't be on the news and nobody gave a shit. But since it fits the narrative of "transphobia" (if you don't look to closely), they launched on it. This poor kid might not even identified as non-binary shortly before her death, but the trans mob of course have to cry and rage about how she is "misgendered even in their death" and going after her mother/grandmother because she used "she" in her arbitrary or the gofoundme (for funeral expenses, etc.) description. So loving, these people. Imagine being tied forever to this community because at one point you identified as some stupid shit because you are a stupid teenager trying to find her place in the world, and now you'd be remembered like this for the rest of time. Despite such kind of insult seeming baffling to a normal person, if you consider it from a troon's perspective, the logic is very simple:

- Being called a gender I don't identify as causes me severe stress.
- I dislike a certain person and want to make them upset.
- Therefore, if I called this person a different gender, that would make them upset and accomplish my goal.

Howerver, what they keep forgetting is that normal people's self esteem isn't hanging by a thin thread of others only percieving them in a specific desired way. To an everyman, getting accused of being the opposite sex is confusing at best and annoying at worst. To a transgender, it's like getting impaled right through the ego.
