Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

RF is officially inside of rabatino in around a week

I could build one with an ESP8266 and some cables, if jamming backpacks become common equipment not countering them is down to failure of creativity.
Look… This is dumb. Sorry.

Even theoretically assuming that you are 100% correct, the drones the Ukrops are using for the most part are commercial, Chinese drones.

So you need to hack their firmware, install your own UKROP software. And you need to somehow do it not with one drone, but thousands.

On top of that, basically the Russians could install big jammers every couple of kilometers, which would act like an EV wall of sorts.

EDIT:

In Avdeyevka, the Russian army is still encountering Ukrops surrendering because they were holed up in a basement somewhere.

And papa Shoigu got to throw shade at captured NATO equipment, lol!

I'll never understand this nonsensical "mongolic horde" insult. Mongols were badass!
Something something "Ultra based white Ukraine" something something "Multicultural gas station Russia". These people do conveniently forget that all of present day Ukraine was conquered by the Mongol empire

Both side in Ukraine have them, but since they have limited range and require a visual, manual lock on the drone, I really don't see how they are any better than a shotgun.

I bet that a cheap old M79 grenade launcher with a longer barrel and a birdshot shell really would fare better than any of these expensive electronic anti-drone weapons.

How practical would a electric car even be ? Unless you are one of those Moscovites that never leaves Moscow.

Quite practical actually. They drive way better than gas cars, require virtually no maintenance, and you can charge them up overnight every night, so you don't need big power to do so. Also, solar & other shit can help out.
The only scenario where they suck is when you travel long range daily.

To my knowledge, Russia have never been big on HARM missiles. Or drones.

That's not to say they can't - they have always been good at electronics - but don't expect a HARM quad copter carrying a grenade in a glass this side of... ooh... August.

Edit: make that June.

SEAD missions are pretty dangerous, but if cheap drones can do it, they might see a surge
