Is two-thousandths of an inch really harder to write and keep in your head than five-hundredths of a millimeter?A metric tolerance for a part will say "0.20mm to 0.25mm" for example. A total of 0.05mm tolerance. A tolerance for the same item in Imperial would say "0.0078 inches to 0.0098 inches". Which one is easier to keep in your head?
I don't know why you keep admitting you're not smart enoughYes 0.25mm and 0.00098 inches are exactly the same in terms of being convenient to both say and write.
Beginning to doubt your powerleveling with these embarrassing admissions of mental incapability on your part
