I think you can appreciate beauty in the same sex but still think nah. I have heard a lot of gay guys think the same thing about women. They like the aesthetic but no not touching that. Opposite is probably true for gold star lesbians, but the truth is, I have known far more gay men in person than lesbians, so I am just sort of guessing here. I don't know why this is, haven't actively tried to avoid them just...no idea, lol.
