Unfortunately it was guaranteed the opposite extreme of feeders would exist. I think the fetish originates from the same place superbbw fetishes do i.e. weakness and ability to control the person.

Control? Yes, for sure. Though I feel like weakness is the wrong word. There is a sadistic element to feeders/anorexia fetishists- they want to see their fetish object suffer as a result of the fetish. They both get off on the absolute destruction of other human beings and part of the enjoyment comes from watching them slowly struggle to physically function as their eating disorders consume them. It's definitely one of those fetishes where it says a lot about the dominant person's ability to empathize with other human beings.

Agreed. I think an anorexia fetish and a 'BBW' fetish are kind of two sides of the same coin. It's about power and control if you ask me, and it is sadistic because it bleeds into every aspect of the life of the person being fetishized. It's sick and depraved. If there was a better way to phrase that, then I apologize. My brain is soup. I feel disgusting just thinking about any of that.

It’s weird because so many of the people on My 600lb Life have a significant other. It’s usually not a good relationship but I also don’t see fetishism involved. Peetz and Chantal were the same way.

Not a psychologist but that tracks, to my mind at least. Achieving extreme thinness is often nominally about control and denial, and that feels like a more individual pursuit than feedism, which looks to my non-fatty mind to be more about permissiveness and a loss of control of self or desires. And ofc both are often intimately entwined with the sufferer's body image and any history of sexual trauma, making intimate relationships even more fraught and complicated.

As @stingray said, they seem to be two sides of the same coin, and the endpoint of both is immobility and extreme disability, but gaining naturally requires more help and support to get 'good' at, compared to becoming spoopy. The skinny gorls don't disable themselves until surprisingly far through it, whereas the hamplanets can only get so big before they start needing a zookeeper around to hose them down and fix buckets of slop a few times a day.

Even if neither type feels particularly sexual in and of themselves (see earlier 'history of sexual trauma' comment), both are ripe for sexualisation and exploitation by deviants. It's just that one type is more likely to welcome the help earlier on than the other.

Eugie has always been protected from the sexual element of this by the presence of her parents (one hopes), but I doubt she would do well with an intimate partner in any case. She probably doesn't have room or capacity to think about much beyond her own body's parlous state anymore.

I’ve heard that severe Anas are a weird kind of asexual. It may have to do with the extreme malnourishment fucking with their hormones.

In women, the prolonged starvation often 'shuts down' their menstrual cycle because their bodies don't have the caloric budget for that shit anymore. And if you can't menstruate, then you cannot become pregnant in many cases, but not all; it's possible, but rare, and can likely result in a miscarriage. And if you can't get pregnant, then why does your body need you to feel sexually excited? In terms of biological necessity, it simply doesn't anymore, and your body kind of needs those spared calories to keep your brain, muscles, and other organs functioning, if barely. So I would imagine it's rare that anorexics have a libido, unless they're using drugs or something.

That would also explain why bulimics and minor anas are hypersexual. A girl who only eats around 1000 calories a day will still have enough energy to have a period. And that’ll give her the drive to do things like make pro-ana porn, run an OnlyFans, ride the cock carousel on Tinder, have a POS boyfriend, drink way too much liquor, etc. Like Venus Angelic, she got fucking weight loss surgery to try to be like Eugenia but it didn’t work and she’s actually a normal weight right now.
