I wouldn’t say it’s full on schizophrenia, but definitely some form of severe mental illness (shocker). My guess would be bi-polar. I’ve seen similar behavior in people with either untreated bi-polar or where their medication isn’t working and are in the bouts of mania. They think everything they do is this amazing world changing thing that deserves the highest of praise and you have to bend to their every whim. If you dare to say anything to the contrary, then you’re an evil, disgusting person who they will not hesitate to cut out of their life in an instant.

Phil seems to match this behavior pretty exactly.

Bad oral health seems to be pretty common among men who troon out. Men are way more likely to skip routine dental care than women and are more likely to only go to the dentist if they have some kind of emergency.
Breast implant surgery is like $10,000. Fake estrogen pills are like $100 a month. Floss is $1.29. Boy math is knowing which one to pick I guess.
