Hasan Piker / HasanAbi - Young Turk, Twitch Streamer, Stunlocked Brogressive, Cenk's Nephew, only a socialist for the money

My very lefty neighbor told me the other day about tiktoks showing networth converted to grains of rice to visualize how much richer the Jeff Bezoses and Bill Gateses of the world are than even multimillionaires, and ranted about how they're the ones who want you fighting with the people one rung above you on the latter, not the REAL 1%

I'm thinking that's the new excuse for why Hasan and Vaush etc can all rake in millions while ranting and raving about wealth inequality. "We're just mere multimillionaires, it's the BILLIONAIRES you should really be after!"

Legitimate question, what does he spend his money on? His multimillion dollar house is probably already paid off and he's not fat enough to be using it all on Uber Eats. I don't think he has friends to go out with to blow it on, so maybe it's going up his nose?
He gives it all to mortgage relief funds for struggling families and gives the rest as voluntary tax for food stamp programs like a good socialist would.

Oh, so he's an effective altruist like that Bankman fellow, how very nice of him.

Upper-middle class socialist types look their noses down on people without degrees. If you decide to become a mechanic straight out of school instead of getting a degree in Sociology, you're 'uneducated'.

Despite what most of them will say, this is their view. Lenin had the same view, hence the 'Vanguard Party' idea.
And with the wide availability of degrees now; you have people using what school they went to as a dick measuring contest... meanwhile, gauging the current state of the world; the type of education isn't that great, it's just a club for elite children to network and make the right connections.

Multiple studies have been done that show people's ability to empathize with others becomes severely crippled once their net worth hits approximately 10-12 million and they basically hit "How much could one banana cost? 12 dollars?" Lucille Bluth territory beyond that.

Hasan, million dollar house and all, certainly has a smaller net worth than that and is therefor making an extremely strong case that the cutoff is actually far lower.

New excuse? It’s the same old excuse Bernie pulled. Second he became a millionaire he stopped talking about going after millionaires. This is how it’s always worked.

I think a big factor is how you make your money. For example, a guy who owns and runs several successful car dealerships could still be relatable because:

1) He slowly built his empire over many years and at the start spent a lot of time in the trenches doing all the grunt work and putting in extra effort to make it happen.
2) Has hobbies that have him hanging out with people of mixed economic background like a bowling league.

Guys like Hasan did retail for a stint then got introduced to showbiz by his uncle and is now riding on his looks doing the bare minimum. So he doesn't really understand the grind. And all of Hasan's interests and hobbies are all shit that normal people wouldn't care about or are priced out of like street fashion, fringe left politics, or exotic brothels. In short, at what point in his life would he have been relatable even without the money?

vinesauce chads win again
Vinny is fascinating to me because the dude is like the perfect level of famous and I don't know how he pulled it off. Everyone knows his name, he's been around forever, and yet he gets the treatment of a B-lister or C-lister, so either by his personality or the fact he doesn't get as much attention, it never goes to his head and he stays humble and down-to-earth while still making good money.

How he pulled that off is beyond me but god damn if it isn't working out for him.

Hasan the Socialist gives his 1000 IQ take on working a real job

If it's so soul-draining then he should just quit, god knows everyone above a room-temperature IQ wants time to. He's probably made enough money at this point to last him the rest of his life so there's no reason to keep going if he really believes this.

I've been a part of that community for over 10 years so my two cents on the matter is that the early /v/inesauce vidya days is why he's humble and the 2014 doxxing fiasco is why he's reclusive how famous the guy is is because of back when vinesauce used to be like 14 different people on channel combined with being there when streaming was still novel was a perfect storm of reach. It also helps that all of the vinesauce people were just regular joes who were entertaining to a group of 4channers instead of astroturfed rich boys appealing to gen alpha brainrot kids
