Idk much about fighting games, less so about tekken, but seeing the clips, ill assume there are actual ways to overcome the "problems" he's facing by engaging more with the game's systems and learning the character. Of course this fat fuck just want to throw shit at the wall until it sticks and refuses to actually learn the game he's basically being paid to play.

It's pretty much in line with him not using drive rush in sf6. Also he does not use all the characters tools. And he can't defend for shit.

ducking the grab into the DSP salt is a natural combo.

I love how he couldn't decide which cope to go for, so just went for all of them at once.
"Loogathedamage he's getting! Off of one random spam combo butt- cam- FUCK THIS FUCKING BULLSHIT!"
I hate getting hit by random spam combos.

It's not even at high-level yet, he's failing at the basics. I'm trash at fighting games and only play them casually but even I notice he's constantly pressing buttons. The reason you see him getting comboed for 15 hits into a corner is because he'll get blocked and immediately press a button. If you're blocked your character needs a few frames of animation to recover before you can attack again. In this timeframe the opponent can attack and all you can really do is block, but blocking your opponent's attack will put you on the offense again. Fighting games are sort of played in "turns" by recognizing when you have this advantage and when your opponent does. Phil thinks it's always his "turn" and mashes out attacks over and over. When he gets punished he blames his opponent for "spamming" which is exactly what he's doing.

Tekken 8's Replay mode would tell him how to punish or avoid certain moves he gets destroyed by. He wouldn't even have to lab and try to find a way to punish specific moves himself. Of course, his idea of "improving" is watching pro matches and hoping that it rubs off on him somehow.

edit: salt resulted in more abuse of those poor Sanwa.

Imagine being over 40 years old and being this petulant that someone beat you in a video game.

Quit gettin mad at video games.

Also something I've never gotten about Phil is when he's playing a fighting game one of the excuses he'll trot out is "I WASN'T PRESSING ANYTHING!" I don't play fighting games, is he saying the game is doing moves without his input or are there times where you're actually supposed to not press anything that Phil's fucking up on since he mashes like crazy?

That's why mirror matches are fun to watch. That one earlier showed just how little he knows how to do with Yoshimitsu. For a guy that whines constantly about people "spamming the same moves", he only knows like 10% of the ones that the character he's playing can do.

You forget his cardinal rule, he can do it, but others are not allowed to.

The best part is Phil flailing and button mashing with no result. Fuckhead ended up using Yoshi's Harakiri move and damaged only himself. He's literally doing what he's claiming everyone else is doing, but doing it in the usual Phil way. Don't have an aneurysm, Phil.

There's literally a replay option that tells you what to do and let's you jump in abs practice that scenario

It looks like there's less of the psycho movement Korean backdashing in this one, but I still can't get over how stiff Phil looks in T6. He just walks straight back slowly like his character has an impacted colon or mashes buttons. It's hideous.

You would think that for a guy who mashes buttons (despite saying otherwise), that he'd use the same technique when it comes to movement. He's moving like he's playing Street Fighter, which is obviously NOT what you do in Tekken. He can double tap to dash in and out or sidestep, but I guess that's way too complicated for Phil. I guess he just mimics how he moves in real life.

Wish his tranny dents would push for controller cam. I know they wouldn't be able to help themselves when he says "I blocked" or "I didn't press it" and he wouldn't be able to help himself from demeaning and banning them. That would require an even greater amount of the already herculean effort DSP puts into his streams though.
I went into his stream yesterday for a few minutes and his entire chat are trolls except maybe 3 or 4 people. Everyone else makes fun of him for the "LAaahhgg" and "dropped inputs!!!" He is just too stupid to understand sarcasm. Besides the tards larping it's just a constant stream of subtle insults. He's mocked constantly and just stares at the screen with his dumb stroke face.

I'm not sure if his mods are as autistic as him and don't notice, or they enjoy the trolling as well. They only ban the obvious WWEC and fat wife comments.
