Such soft and dainty "masculine" hands she has there.

The worst part of the video is watching the tendons visibly move under her raw-looking scar, as it looks like it has the stiffness and consistency of beef jerky.

Currently 9 weeks post op, abdominal phalloplasty in 4 stages. This was stage 1, I'll see my surgeon next week, I hope that he is gonna put me on the list for the second surgery. Everything healed well, it's too high on my stomach right now so that feels a little weird. I have no feeling in it whatsoever.

I'm impressed she hasn't had any serious complications.

Healing slowly but steadily… Things are looking more defined...
Some minor common complications like tiny hypergranulation, and some fusion of the labia at the clitoris level for which I have a revision being scheduled to make the clitoris and hood more defined. Clit is very sensitive and I can achieve orgasm very easily. I am worried a revision might make me lose sensitivity so I am wondering if it’s a better idea to keep things as they are since I can achieve orgasm and I like the "tidy" look?

Hi everyone, so I’ve been dealing with BV and bad odor for a couple of months now and it has honestly affected my mental health and my overall self esteem, I feel like I haven’t been able to truly enjoy and embrace my new body and vagina because of this constant issue that doesn’t seem to go away! It’s also the big reason as to why I haven’t been intimate with a guy yet truly a debilitating feeling . As many of you know the neo vagina of transgender women are not glycogen producing which means that they are not naturally acidic (which is what prevents bad smells)I’ve gone to 2 different doctors but each time they’ve brushed it off and just recommend pro biotics and yeast infection creams so I took matter into my own hands and I’ve literally tried everything, boric acid suppositories, good clean love vaginal suppositories, pro biotics with 50 billion CFU and lactobicilli, rephresh odour eliminating gel, yeast infection creams, I’ve even gone as far as to put a little kefir on my dilator while dilating to hopefully populate my vagina with lactobicilli and beneficial probiotics on top of already drinking it everyday. Each time it seems to work a little bit but eventually the smell comes back. I recently stumbled upon this thread on Reddit going in depth about lubricants and which are safe to use depending on the Osmolality and ph levels, for the last months I’ve been using aquagel because I can purchase it in a gallon for a relatively good price and it lasts 2-3 months. but it never occurred to me that this might be the reason as to why none of the above remedies have been working. I’ve tried looking up the ingredients to the aquagel but I cant seem to find them anywhere which is honestly a red flag. I’m curious if anyone else has had these issues or used this type of lubricant before? I’ve read good clean love, slippery stuff and sliquid are really good. I’m going a little crazy and each day a little more hopeless, I’m hoping someone with more experience can give me some advice! Thank you
