I think that’s sort of my confusion. She was such a peripheral character on Nick’s show when I paid attention a few years ago. All these statements about her being a hedonist into porn like Nick made me think she got a lot more active in his streams or locals the last two years so I was thinking there would be a lot of stuff to go thru.
The fact years ago Kayla didn’t seem eager for e-fame, certainly not compared to most streamer GF, might have made me think more highly of her. She didn’t want to be invisible or alienated from Nick’s online world, but not eager to jump into it either. I always wondered how much Nick did, or didn’t, want her participation.
For your questions:
1) Ego appeal, peer pressure to be cool and tell enticing story for the audience. This is the type of mostly safe story she could tell his audience and seem a little naughty but still tech be a good girl.
2) When you go to resort places, like ski towns, casinos, lakes it’s common for nice suites to have multiple bedrooms. When we travel with family we look for 2-3 bedroom suites since it’s way better and cheaper than adjoining or 2-3 separate rooms. Now maybe there is proof Nick and Camelot were in some little room with two double beds side by side but I doubt it. A suite in Vegas, esp with Nick’s money at the time, was probably large and lux. Bedrooms, bathrooms, bar, living room, more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Vegas is esp known for these type of suites.
3) Trying to please Nick and prove she wasn’t such an uptight Christian prude.
4) Hot tub stream was awful and humiliating for all involved. The hot tub stream was what made me think there must be a lot I missed on Kayla if she had gotten to the point of doing a “hot tub” stream. I’d love to know the calculus that went into to thinking a hot tub stream was a good idea. Must have been much like the Dear John logic.
BTW, I learned in my late 20’s that any married couples that talked about “their hot tub” and extended invites to them were swingers. Hot tub is basically code word for swinging. In fact I was leery of anyone who innocently owned hot tub for a long time due to this. But the difference is non-degens with hot tubs don’t talk about them constantly extend invites to use them to others.
