Sorry this took me a sec, Ash posts so goddamn much it's taken me a while to find specific info. Haven't been able to find anything solid on this yet but iirc they moved to Detroit a little over a year ago. Not sure what happened to the RV, they might've ended up selling it, but she and her husband are living in an actual house now. The kid is actually doing really well to be honest, she looks both healthy and happy, but she'd have to be for Ash to continue exploiting her to get more attention online and rake it in from different social media creator programs. Hundreds upon hundreds of posts just from the past year, and it's all the Baby Bat, Satan, guns, and being trans.
Greg is fucking stupid by the way - I'm by no means someone that even remotely likes Ash, but the cat Greg claims was "sacrificed" just accidentally got out of the house. It came back like a week later or something lmao. And I have absolutely no idea where the claim about going to jail came from.
As far as medical updates go, there is some news. The Truvada that Ash was taking previously wasn't for a diagnosis she'd received, it was actually a preventative measure - that's one of the two FDA approved pills for PReP. However, the American healthcare system is abysmal and brand-name medication is ludicrously expensive to pay for out of pocket (PReP is only free if you have coverage), so eventually the Truvada was stopped... and then shortly thereafter she had to start Descovy for contracting HIV. I do have to say something about the hospital in this case, though. I'm honestly still mad on Ash's behalf that she had to request a viral panel herself, and only after weeks of getting progressively worse.
Another recent medical update is that Ash was approved for a bottom surgery consult, I'm assuming she's going to go the route of phalloplasty.

These people are so absolutely fucking stupid that they don’t realize that removing your testicles and inverting your penis will cause a loss in sexual sensation, or that taking medications that are given to sterilize sex offenders are going to render your ability to have an orgasm.
You also have to remember that these are the people who think the vagina is “just a hole”, trans women in the future will be able to get pregnant, and that flayed arm skin attached to your clit is a penis.

Yes, it was known about a decade ago that HRT causes vaginal atrophy, and this information was made clear to women who were prescribed for Hormone-based replacement therapies. Most people on HRT before the trans craze were women experiencing severe side effects of menopause, such as hot flashes and intense vaginal pain. So, even if it was possible for HRT to not make your symptoms go away, it was still a gander that some women were willing to take. Such is the nature of prescription drugs and figuring out what works for you.
Nowadays, these side-effects are kept under the wraps by the pharmaceutical industry, now that perfectly healthy young women are deciding to transition. You have to remember that this is the same industry that is willing to change the language of female anatomy just to placate these freaks, and vilify those who refuse to go through with these changes. If the effects of HRT brought up, it gets swept under the rug as “possible but rare side effects”. The industry bends over backwards to make transitioning appear as easy as getting a band-aid removed, and not something that can have horrible, detrimental effects on the bodies of a perfectly healthy human being, including their fertility.
I feel no sympathy for adults who go through with transitioning only to realize the havoc it’s having on their bodies. They have such little knowledge on human anatomy and its functions that they completely contradict their own beliefs that one can be born as the wrong gender. Testosterone influx during pregnancy can cause urogenital fusing in a developing fetus, and tbh this is actually very well-known knowledge in the medical community, so these pooners who are continuing to take testosterone during pregnancy are intentionally ignoring Doctor’s orders.
