As was said over in the 2 Gryphon thread, it’s pretty likely Jim just did this himself. I doubt any Antifa or commie furs even know or care who he is. In fact, I’m surprised if anyone at Anthrocon even recognizes him anymore, especially since he’s no longer part of, nor serves their target demographic.

Hi! I'm the daughter that many don't know much about. I'd like to clear some things up, since we all know my father is a notorious liar. First of all, the divorce wasn't finalized on his birthday. The court date was on his birthday, and my mother had no choice on it.
His junk became ours as of some time in June, 2014. But, because of his relentless harassment, we weren't able to get rid of it until more recently. As of 2021, when I graduated, we rented a bin and got rid of a ton of stuff. What everyone needs to realize is my father is a serious hoarder. It's a lot of stuff. It's mentally taxing as well.
As for the room in the pictures, that is my bedroom. It was his old study, that he never used. The reason the floor is green, is because at the time, I chose that color. We had to use deck paint because the floor was so badly damaged from the dried on lizard shit he left. The floor is a major improvement from what it originally was. They were already painted a grayish blue. They aren't the nice hardwood anyway, they're softer wood and had quite a bit of damage, hence the need for deck paint.

I tried for multiple years to get him to leave us alone, but instead he continuously stopped by, unannounced. He finally stopped when I graduated. His constant stopping by did more damage than good. All it did was cause me great distress. My mother made no attempt to persuade me to hate him. She stood back and let him burn the bridge down all on his own.
As of now, none of us are in contact with him, and have zero plans of ever doing so again.

He's still working at that Chinese place. I hear he's been struggling to keep a second job. He bitches about wanting to move back to Arizona, and he could if he just sold off his guns, but we all know that'd never happen.
I'm shocked he's even still alive with how much he runs his mouth off at the wrong people. But, he's too much of a wuss to physically harm another. Which I'm thankful for, because otherwise my childhood would've been much worse.

Oh btw! About him missing my brother's birth. My mother never went into labor. It was an emergency C-section. Even if he left right away, he wouldn't have made it in time. There are many things to be disgusted by about him, but that situation isn't one of them. Even my mother doesn't blame him for that situation.

We don't know what exactly is wrong with him because he absolutely refuses to seek mental help. I wouldn't be shocked if autism was involved, seeing how I'm neurodivergent. But it also could've come from my mother's side. He's got a lot of issues. I wouldn't say people tolerate his obnoxious behavior, seeing how eventually most people walk out of his life.

He also might miss the warmer weather. Wisconsin isn't a desert, it gets pretty damn cold here. Either way, the Arizona he once knew, no longer exists. That's why I suspect it's blind nostalgia.

It took many years of being extremely stressed out by his presence. I still feel that way. It helps that my mother is pretty great at parenting. Though, compared to my father, the bar is set quite low...

He doesn't actually *live* in Madison, he lives just outside of it. (The rent here is insane) I don't know why he's still here. Like I said before, if he just sold off even half of his guns....he could easily get the funds to go back south. But we all know he won't do something that smart.

He shouldn't have become a father. He's incapable of being fatherly. He just tries to buy ones love with gifts, which isn't how that works. (They werent even gifts I wanted) I consider my mother to be more of a fatherly figure than my own father ever was. He was awful at looking after us and made my mother do *everything*. He tried to be in my life, but by that point, it was too late. Not that he was even doing it properly.

I vaguely remember some of my time at the cons. I remember loving running around and looking at all the booths. The dances were super fun. I don't have any bad memories of the cons.
