I don't know about early on in his Nosedive, but he's right. If he streams a trial, even if he got through it sober without freaking out about how boring it is, the lack of audience or superchats might outright kill his already fragile ego.

This is the kind of advice people ITT have been giving since 2019 when they were fans of Nick. His excuse (I shit you not) is that he would then hate having to give them directions. He would want them to just KNOW what he wants and do it without input from him. BUT if they DO set things up without his input, they might schedule something on a day he does not feel like doing it--you cannot rush or force 'creators' to do things because it kills the magic.
