Depending on your total weight no matter fat/thin/muscles day to day weighing is an imperfect science esp if you don't strictly time your meals/BMs/clothing and all.

As a fitness nerd who's gimped ATM I just kept from scale. I'm about 160 and I'm up now despite not eating much and I move 5+ lb easy.

If I cut for a beach day fast + low water 10+ is doable but not sustainable.

Jack has been clearly lying he's a manlet but he is huge and got bigger noticable in the face even over this new "diet".

If trying to lose weight I do suggest a once a week weigh in.

Exactly. The best trolls are when the victim doesn't know it's a troll. Rob makes pleasant videos with subtle digs on Jack. Jack tells Rob that he's going to get hated on for making videos (because Jack does, so thus, he thinks Rob will, too, because he has no idea why we hate Jack so much).
