Well inspiring law fag, since he got the full sentence the indictment, he is going to to feudal penitentiary. From what I have seen in regular case law it will just be 2 years maybe a bit longer for bad behavior in prison (knowing how troons handle themselves) Probably be on probation for about 5 to 10 years depends how bad he spergs out during that time. A mandatory weapons ban.
Though most likely he will try to appeal the Appeal courts of Alberta, which will probably tell him fuck off, go back to jail.
This may also open up to having the RCMP keeping tabs on him, so we may see him back in court for CP.

I've heard that the federal prisons in Alberta are a lot like prisons in burgerland. Fights are only common if you actually antagonize people, though. CO's are corrupt as fuck, but they won't let you fight people unless it's a chomo ("goof" in Canadian slang), in which they will let you deal damage to the goof before they actually come to send him to the medical center. They are more of a "I'll sneak in a phone if you do X to that goof over there or you pay enough money or ramen".

Getting actually assraped in a Canadian prison seems to be rare from stats, but you never know how biased the CO's might be against or for trans inmates. Alberta is the least PC place in Canada.
