Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

So it's 7 section 1983 claims, which is a cause of action that allows Patrick to get money (if he wins or settles). I just don't see how there's a basis for saying the police are violating his Fourth Amendment rights by responding to 911 calls about someone who has threatened to kill a pregnant woman and who is armed. It's always possible that new law gets created saying that when police know a person is a target of swatting, they have to incorporate that into their consideration of whether there is an exigency allowing bypass of a warrant or a determination of probable cause.

The policy problem on the other end, though, is that someone who is a swatting target could actually require emergency police services. If someone got into Patrick's house for real with a weapon, would Patrick accept the counterfactual scenario where police don't respond or demand entry after receiving a call that there's a guy with a deadly weapon making threats?

I just don't feel like a federal court under jurisprudence that is quite tolerating of police decisionmaking will decide that police are violating the Fourth Amendment by responding to emergency calls. Though I bet now that the police are being sued for a bunch of money, Patrick's gonna have a lot more trouble getting their help or assistance for anything.

In most of the "swaTTTings", they just did a drive-by and called them or left a note on the door.

Knowing the quixotic stupidity of Pat and his penchant for false-flagging, this suit could exonerate the Brothermen once and for all.

Only after the police are truly scared straight and stop responding to Tomlinson's duplex do I make my move, and fart in Niki's vagina. And when she cries out, "Help! Police! My vagina is full of farts!" the police will look down and whisper "no."

Is this written by a real lawyer or some rekeita wannabe? Because holy shit it argues like a twitter fight.

And you have the obvious loophole where someone who wants to grind niggers into pepperoni would swat themselves until the police stop responding.
Maybe Fatrick is just furious that he couldn't safely get his hands on Lyndon and grind him up into delicious niggeroni. Maybe this lawsuit is his idea of revenge.
Obviously there's somethings that even niggers won't do, and Nikki was pissed that the gas pipeline has been disrupted.

This suit sure makes it seem like suing the MPD was a goal the whole time. Perhaps someone is becoming a little worried about what Torswats may be revealing to the feds following his arrest not long ago.

Excited for our law Kiwis to weigh in. Probably some great legal laughs to be had. Please tell me they filed pro se.
If memory serves, this is *exactly* what TorSwats said the SWATTTINGS we're designed to do. I'll have to dig through the thread but I am certain he mentions that Fatrick wants to sue the MPD.

I, personally, am going to enjoy what happens nexxxttttttt.

Please for the love of God let this go to trial and because it involves the city let it be televised.

My God holy fuck I have been itching for a court clown show since Rittensneed and Johnny Depp.
I'd die a happy man if we get to see fatrick yell at the judge after the case is swatted away for being indulgent and stupid.
