It seems Niki Robinson et al. are suing the City of Milwaukee and Sergeant Lyndon Evans.

Police children must stop ignoring reality.

True enough, there is a vibrant international community dedicated to following this insanity.

I have to say, the very term "swatting" (wonder why Rick didn't insist on SWATTing) conjures up images of a SWAT team doing some kind of "dynamic entry". If the worst you have is a police officer insisting to take a look inside your home in response to a call, that's not so dramatic.

So were you lying then, or are you lying now?!

Wait, "vindicate the violation of Plaintiffs' constitutional rights"? Wouldn't that mean showing the violation is justified, or do I not understand English?

Anyway, it goes on. I'm attaching the PDF of the complaint for analysis and critique.
Let's be clear here: we don't know if he swats himself. I think there's a chance he does, but not for sure. MPD looks to be retarded, and if they really went to his house 48 times for bullshit they deserve to be sued.

Would be awesome if this lawsuit reveals he actually did swat himself lmao

A lawyer said this:
It is a very poorly written complaint, such that I wonder if these lawyers have any idea what they're doing or if the real goal is just to get milwaukee to come to the table and hug it out. They barely made a feint at Monnell liability (cited the case but pled no facts), which is a massive problem. and even as to pleaded facts, there are precious few. It's a conclusion from a pattern. But they didn't really explain the pattern except to say that there is one, and cite a couple examples.

Apparently william grau's dad is the circuit judge in the neighboring county (wausau) so maybe that's their hope, that through some family ties and a lawsuit they can get it all to stop.

Given how fatrick's mindless vindictiveness and obsession with getting revenge on his personal enemies has already caused him to lose multiple court appearances, I would not at all be surprised if him singling out Sergeant Evans in particular rather than just suing the city itself winds up causing Sergeant Evans to lawyer up himself and go on the offensive rather than the city just instantly settling

I hope when Fatrick gets to court he can tell the judge and the police how to do their jobs because let’s face it; they are not intellectual heavyweight science fiction writers like him.

Even us guys on here, nobody is smarter than the PorkWheeler himself, even if we did try to out smart him he would have already won using his talents in 4D chess and we would be enjoying prison for stalking.

Sometimes I get jealous of Fatrick because I’m a dyslexic retard and can only count to 10.

Ok I really dont wanna get muh hopium up but the OnA forum has identified this guy as Sergeant Evans, likely from following the facebook link that popped up when I name searched him about the grad ceremony he was involved in

He does look similar to one of the cops with a gun in the half-porch photos but am waiting for concrete before I am satisfied this is our three fifths of a man

The policy problem on the other end, though, is that someone who is a swatting target could actually require emergency police services. If someone got into Patrick's house for real with a weapon, would Patrick accept the counterfactual scenario where police don't respond or demand entry after receiving a call that there's a guy with a deadly weapon making threats?
yeah police can't simply ignore calls based on previous swattings. if that were the case, then you could simply swat yourself a dozen times until they stop reacting, and then you have immunity from police and can freely beat your wife, cook meth, or make pepperoni without having to worry about the cops.
