Ghostarchive is what I would've recommended. .ph doesn't have the same issues as .is if you're wedded to the archive domain name.

Eh, Ghostarchive breaks a lot of things from what I've seen. The issue with archive.is / ph is that the owner has this hate boner for something cloudflare does (understandable). (they both blame each other for it not working right)
I'm pretty sure the captcha loop is something to do with settings on your computer, I haven't had as many issues with it since I did something with the hosts file and maybe something with DNS as well.
There for months I couldn't even access the page till I fiddled with the settings for several hours and eventually figured out how to make it work again.

Woke Day of Wokeness #8431. It's actually an amusing trick they're pulling, by constantly doing this crap they're constantly giving excuses to activism at work, pushing corpos to constantly do more shit for the left's causes, donate money and time and resources, etc.
The right could be doing similar stuff, but that would require they do something other than lose with dignity and grift. Imagine if they announced "American Workers Month" that overlaps with Black History Month, or "Military Remembrance Month" that overlaps with Pride Month. Buy American Day to overlap with Transgender Day of Silence. Just every woke holiday they've been generating since oh, 2005 or so, generate a nationalist one that overlaps it to dilute it all.
(This is what Pride month was, IIRC. They specifically picked that month cause it was a popular Catholic holiday.)
