His lawyer is a real person with experience, at least.


He went to a real college/law school, and then was a public defender in Miami for a decade. He won some cases at the intermediate appellate level. He did criminal cases for most of his career, but there's a big overlap when it comes to Fourth Amendment issues so it's probably not that out of his range of knowledge. Patrick could have done worse, honestly.

I bring you today a random memory from my WoW-playing days that sprung into my mind unannounced, and had me belly laughing for a good minute in the middle of an ATM queue: Taptaf. Look at it: the kind of animal it is, the name of the quest that rewards him, and the much fitting moveset on the "Battle Info" tab. And then, finally, read its name backwards if you haven't already done so.


Posted before reading the news of Fatty's latest lolsuit. I can't help but admire Fatfaggot McBitchtits' unwavering resolution in shooting his own foot at every conceivable opportunity. Well, more milk for us. Let loose the lawyers of war.

Knowing Pat he probably thinks there will be a moment where he takes the stand and gives an emotional monologue that stuns the entire court and reduces even the hardened judge to tears who then orders all his stalkerchilds arrested immediately and to let the record show that Pat is definitely not fat by any medical standard.

I don't know - I wouldn't assume settlement just yet. Pat wouldn't get to make a speech in court if they reached one and you know he wants it - not to mention that they'll offer him a lowball amount of money and he could reject it.

I think the MPD has some stuff to work with here, just based on the two recordings we have of him being aggressive and ordering cops around. Also if he has done anything wrong at all it's going to come out. Maybe that's why he was so edgy on the 28th? He's been bad this week. I wonder what the cops have that we don't know about.

Also LMAO at the suit referring to "Niki and Patrick" and not PLAINTIFF
