I'd counter this with two things.
1): What "way to deal with this issue" would you propose for a man who is convicted of sending threats of premeditated murder to a previous spouse, and has a history on record from previous incidents of being aggressive and violent with interactions? "Yeah, don't go to his place, no matter what the call says" isn't a viable option, if he calls and was in serious danger and they ignored, they're liable, and if he actually does commit domestic violence, which they have every right to believe is at least a possibility, and they ignore it, again, liable.
2): We know that most of their later interactions with him were things as simple as a polite knock on the door, or apparently just leaving a note or sending a car to do a pass down the street. I'm struggling to consider that anything other than them as you put it, finding a way to deal with the issue. Hell, even in the altercations which are escalated, they're treating him with absolute kid gloves compared to if it were anyone else charging an officer and attempting to throw a punch, limp wristed and effeminate as it may be.

We have never gotten MPD's side of the story; they have always declined to make a statement. I wouldn't be shocked if we get overloaded with evidence the MPD attempted to help Patrick in XYZ way and Patrick refused because they wouldn't do exactly what he wanted, which was probably like immediately arresting everyone and calling Joe Biden or something.

Wouldn't be shocked if Patrick kept refusing help for the above reason and possibly because his intention from the beginning was to sue Milwaukee.

From my observations of the legal system, I 100% do not believe that Pat's lawyers are telling him not to tweet. His lawyers are getting paid one way or the other. They do not care if Pat shits up his case through lack of impulse control. Their goal is to get the maximum amount of money from him through the least amount of effort they can put into the case. None of them are live watching his twitter feed.

A brief in the federal case would be far harder to happen VS WI 986.01 causing fall out. A brief over 'torswats says Patrick did the self swat to sue' is gonna be far harder VS any citizen can file the criminal complaint on the same issue to the DA or a judge. The judge has the power to then give to DA or Grand Jury.

Unfortunately they probably don't even get there if the case doesn't survive a QI motion or for some other deficiency (suits against state entities generally have some formalities and seriously short statutes of limitatinos Fatty may have already fucked up), or just settles.

Except this mongoloid of a beat cop decided to just publicly state (probably in view of Doorbell Cameras) that "He is Aware" the call is bullshit, but he's going to conduct a search anyway. The correct answer would be "Sir, we've had a report that X is happening on this property. We are just going inside to make sure X is not happening".

This is not good for the State. No sir, not good.


Part of that training had probably be about not talking about how you know a 911 call is bullshit. That said, yeah dummies, you SHOULD have done something about this and established a protocol.
