Anyone inclined to believe any of Pat's bullshit should just consider this single paragraph:

The one thing we've actually seen on video that he talks about, he absolutely lies about. So the idea his lolyers watched this is nonsense. They just reiterated Pat's abject lies. Or they actually did watch the video and then lied about it anyway.

Hell, I actually really like the "Bloody Mary with a whole meal of veggies in it" thing but that's crazy. My general opinion is no meat, except possibly seafood things like clam juice or shrimp or maybe even lobster or crab.

That's actually why I hope it gets past qualified immunity and into discovery. It would be a hoot if discovery turns up evidence that he was in fact doing this himself and he then gets prosecuted for it because of his own stupidity. Like when Oscar Wilde sued for libel for being called a homo, then ended up prosecuted for sodomy.

There's a single factual claim in there that we have video evidence of and he blatantly lied about it, despite there being video evidence not just online, but probably from his own camera and from the police bodycams as well. With video evidence to the contrary, he just flat out lies.

Why would anyone trust anything we don't have evidence about with that track record of 100% lying?

For people saying Pat has a case and talking about the 40 swats etc.
The guns and ballistic shields were the very first swats. After that he mostly received a friendly knock, a phone call or a card in the letter box. Its not like swat 35 was them coming in heavy.

He was a complete belligerent asshole to the police on the very first swat. So its hard for him to say he tried working with them every step of the way.

RE: evans actions, lets hope the bodycam reveals all. Pat has a habit of recalling situations where its always most favorable to him.

My only hope in this going to trial, is that we get more footage/audio of Pat, trying really hard not to "Child" people in court.

He literally took a swing at a cop without even taking a nightstick to the face in response. They were entirely correct to treat him as an unstable lunatic at every encounter.
