He might get past qualified immunity, sure. MIGHT. But the thing is even if he does or doesn't it will be an uphill battle for him because the State (I hope) is actively collecting evidence against Pat as we even speak. And as well all know, PAT CAN'T SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP RUNNING HIS MOUTH. Clearly his outbursts about being fine, that nothing's wrong, he's not having any troubles what-so-ever is going to bite him right in his fat ass. Top that with him consistently bashing cops, judges, attorneys, and everything else and you have a solid reason to dismiss his case based on his own ramblings. He really is his own worst enemy.
However I'd really like the Torswats kid to chime in on this case. Supposedly he (and now the FBI) has evidence that pat was a client. That alone will damn his case to hell in a very fast way.

I thought patbros were down and out. I thought 2023 was their year and much like the Utah Jazz in the era of the Bulls dynasty they would be doomed to losing the Julays to a stronger opponent year after year. But this is amazing. He's going to child an entire state.

Search "stalker" and "child" separately, though. Patrick has never called someone a "stalker child", to my knowledge. That's just something patposters say, since those are the two names he calls people, they just combined the two. If you search his twitter for that exact phrase you will get zero results from him.

It's only an 'impossible' situation if you can't be bothered to read his thread and understand the type of moron he is, and/or have a childlike innocence of the world. Which, if the latter is the case, I'd love to know how the fuck you got on here.
Here's the issue: in order to be in this 'impossible situation' you have to accept everything Patty is saying in his lolsuit as being the pure unvarnished truth. And the only information that's been provided has been from the Corpulent One which automatically calls into question the validity/credibility.
I could believe one cop having a shitty night, about to finish his shift when he gets a call. Possible homicide in progress, possible hostages, possible DV, etc. Whatever it is, is going to be a bunch of fucking paperwork. Officer is grumpy with Patty and he blows it up into this whole spectacle. Because he's a histrionic pig that squeals.
He insists he's been 'swatted' by the police 40 times. Ignoring that tactical teams can be expensive (I'm not sure how it works in that particular part of the world), there'd be all sorts of reporters raising holy hell over taxpayer money being wasted. Or, since it's vogue to hate the police, 'excessive use of force' or whatever.
This is also ignoring that this one claim, which is basically the one load bearing wall that supports his entire case, has been debunked. And that's without going in each specific instance of 'swatting.' (Which, incidentally, is each instance chronicled in the court filing? I haven't had a chance to dig into it yet.)
Exigent circumstances is necessary. Could you argue it's abused? Sure.
But you can hate swatting and not have to believe the nonsense coming from Patty, and/or use your brain to think that, gee, maybe the guy who lies or misrepresents everything might not be on the level.
