She's mentally stuck at the age of 10, only existing to consume other people's love and resources because at that age they're helpless and people love them unconditionally like a pet. I have a novel theory- bear with me, it's pretty far out, but it's lean, and Occam likes that.

She primarily suffers from a low moral character, and not any particular psychiatric disorder.

She probably meets criteria for three or four, at some point in any given calendar year.

But her main problem is not that she's suffering from psychological distress that she attempts to salve through various maladaptive methods (a psychiatric disorder).

This recalled a childhood memory where we had a poor browbeaten friend with a BPD/whatever mother. We were just kids so of course we didn't understand her behavior, we just tried to make peace because that mooncow didn't care whether or not her kid had friends over. We didn't understand the mother's psychosis but it also kind of scared us how much our friend hated their mom, even though we were afraid of her explosive narcissist meltdowns too. But it makes for a very anxious child that intensely resents their parent(s), especially when they don't have the means to articulate it. Even the cuck who actually loves Hannah might become hated if he fails to protect her from her own mother.
