So the neighbors saw your kid's gold Buick but supposedly she didn't drive that car anymore, YET she admits to being there. Uh huh.

Her public defender just happened to not bring ANY evidence to defend their client. Right. Right. Long-term scammers like Scammin and her brood are always the victims of the justice system.

The kids weren't sprayed directly in the face with the spray, it was an environmental exposure, enough to cause upset and distress for a brief period of time, relieved when removed from the area, so 15 mins isn't out of the question that they'd be looking better.

Your criminal daughter got so mad about a fucking nail appointment that she traveled to her nail tech's business and sprayed pepper spray into the house. What kind of fucking nurse would she be if she can't control her ghetto ass temper. Glad she was booted out. Hopefully black-balled from all programs.

Those poor fucking dogs. A dog’s sense of smell is something like 40 times more sensitive than a human. Imagine having some dollar store dryer sheet taped under your nose. That’s what the frenchtons are experiencing every time Sham fires up the wax burner so she doesn’t have to clean their cages.

Kennels are hard plastic, metal, and bedding. If they smell at all, you're doing something wrong. But these are also the same people that let their animals piss and shit in their house like it's cute, so I'm sure they are disgusting.

I previously suggested Taryn might be facing probation revocation. In fact, I’m completely wrong. Devyn is facing potential probation revocation, related to her drug possession conviction (State of Indiana vs. Devin Madison Dowls).

I apologize for having besmirched Taryn’s good name. Sam is right: Taryn and Devyn are not the same person.

Also, I've read Sam's tweet about a billion times. I think it gives a lot of insight into just how stupid she is RE: legal matters. She simultaneously denies and admits to Taryn's actions. She ignores that Indiana presented evidence that Taryn indicated on social media (1) her desire to attack the victim(s), and (2) that she "drenched [the victims'] stuff in pepper spray."

To go along with @Teeter's excellent observations (spoilered for length, spergery):

1. The defendants weren't obligated to answer the door (and it's understandable they wouldn't when they say they received warning Taryn was coming to the home).
2. The doors and windows of the home being shut isn't relevant, unless you can establish the home was hermetically sealed, and pepper spray therefore couldn't penetrate.
3. The original write-up of vandalism is irrelevant. Potential charges are allowed to change during the course of an investigation.
4. The mother saying "my kids COULD HAVE BEEN hurt" is not an admission that in fact the children weren't hurt (consider the following possible statements: "my kids could have been hurt, and they were", "my kids could have been hurt, but they weren't," "my kids could have been hurt (worse), and thank God they weren't," etc.) Without context, the mother's statement could mean a lot things.
5. Regardless of the behavior of the victims after the fact, an assault took place. Had they been more severely injured, Taryn likely wouldn't have gotten to plea down to a CLASS A misdemeanor.
6. The car is irrelevant. Taryn could have left by gold Buick, Nissan Sentra, or astride shoggoth. All the car identification did was lead police to Taryn, who admitted to spraying around the victim's door.
7. If Taryn received inadequate counsel -- which rises to the level of compromising her having a fair trial -- that should have formed the basis of the appeal. For some reason, Lisa Manning elected to not go that route (probably bc it would fail). Consequently, any issues related to that would not inform the appeal (as pointed out in the decision, such as claims of false testimony, etc.)
8. The jury can ask for whatever they please. If it wasn't admitted as evidence, it's off the table. Again, if that compromised Taryn's defense, appeal on that basis -- not this hand-wavy claim of "knowledge" (which the appeals court rightly rejected, as it was a stupid defense).
9. The judge didn't reduce the charges out of sympathy to Taryn. That was a plea deal, handled by the DA and approved by the court (and possibly even discussed with the victims). Having said that, the sentence likely reflected (1) Taryn's age, (2) Taryn's lack of a criminal background, (3) Taryn being the mother of a small child.
10. "The only people hurt in all that were Taryn and her son" -- (1) per Taryn's conviction, Indiana would disagree, (2) Taryn's decision absolutely hurt her, (3) Taryn's actions absolutely hurt her child -- one hopes Taryn learned a valuable lesson and does better by her son going forward.

Does anyone know when "Meanwhile, In Georgia" was published? Because in the first few minutes, she admits to selling custom T-shirts with Clara's face (were these ever in the store? I don't remember them). There's also the Clara banner in this shot, which I believe they recently announced was for sale (a single piece). And is it Clara on the tumbler/candle in the midst of the shirts?


Pretty sure it is. Might even be the uncensored version, which I don't have on hand to compare.
