The lolsuit is a rather shrewd move by Piggy tbh. His outcomes are win, lose or settle out of court. So, there's a 2/3 chance he gets a positive outcome (assuming he didn't fuck something up beforehand, which is a big ask I know). The real kicker will be if they settle out of court and the settlement isn't disclosed. The city might write him a fuck off check worth very little and piggy will be making victory oinks for the rest of his life.
His lawyers will NEVER be able to get him to settle. I'm certain they have told him they are aiming for a settlement and I am sure that Pat has even said he agrees with that end goal.

The moment that Pat has to sign the agreement and not get what he thinks is his right to a criminal trial against the Pests, he won't sign.

His lawyers won't even know what he is rambling about and no amount of pleading is going to get Pat to agree.

I'm calling it right now. Pat will fire his attorneys before he ever agrees to a settlement. I just can't imagine that these lawyers, no matter how dedicated, talented, and smart they might be, could achieve what no one has ever done...get Pat to act like an adult.

These lawyers are working for free and they don't even know it yet.

I swear back in 2018, when Pat was a mere piglet, we could've never ever imagined his teets would produce this much milk. There are so many hilarious outcomes to this lawsuit that it makes me giddy thinking about it. Imagine actually getting to the point where you're trying to sue your own city because you just cannot stfu online.

Oh you stupid big fat pig you.

One mad genius did actually predict Pat:

Not specifically to Pat, but it may become relevant.

Do lawyers have to take legal action to get outstanding monies owed should they be fired midway through a case by a client?
Or can a client just fire a lawyer and outstanding bills are just cancelled?

I am guessing that normally a lawyer can’t charge for time once the client says the words “You’re fired”, but they should reasonably bill for the time up to that second?

U.K. and Swedish lawyers, it’s more complicated than just simply firing a lawyer on the spot, especially in the UK if your case requires a barrister too, which is why it’s not seen as a thing in UK legal dramas.

Anyway! Might we see a “Pay the city the outstanding fees and your lawyer bills, fatty!” Arc?

The more likely scenario in this case once it becomes clear what sort of irredeemable mental defective their client is is that they end up seeking permission from the court to withdraw as counsel.

Ok, but will fatty have to pay them or are they expected to waive their fees due to their client’s lack of adult competence?

It depends to what they agreed to originally. I suspect, that they gave Pat a sweetheart deal on the front end, expecting a decent return on a settlement. I just don't see how Pat could afford a retainer of any significant amount or be paying billable hours.

In defense of the lawyers, Pat can be very personable for short periods of time. He doesn't come off as unhinged right away. On top of this, there are plenty of news stories that just parrot what Pat says.

So on paper, this looks like an easy slam dunk to a cash settlement. At the end of the day, these lawyers aren't going to lose out on much of anything other than a portion of that settlement. It's not like they are investing a lot of time into this case.

I only just got around to reading the lolsuit. It's no 'Kiwifarms, a Website' but it's Greer level.
I genuinely cannot believe this was put together by actual lawyers. The use of first names is beyond unprofessional, as it the casual conversational tone. I assume it's some kind of psychobabble attempt to 'humanize' plaintiffs to make them appear sympathetic victims.

These lawyers and Pat are a match we could only dream of. Delightful.

And there it is. Fatrick's big play. Checkmate, stalkerchilds.
Is it common to add italics like this in legal documents? This screams of sassy gay Pat's intonation. Did he write this himself?

I have limited experience reading lolsuits but I really thought italics are reserved for Latin legal phrases

However, it brings me great joy to know that Fatrick was reading this and rubbing his bitch tits in excitement

I'll say it as many times as I have to, I think this document alone is evidence against his lolyers being on retainer. This 100% reads like he wrote it and had the lawyers give it a once over for spelling and grammar, because typos and poor grammar are the only calling cards of our published author that this document lacks. He most likely figured if he did it himself and had them file it, he'd save money.

The OnA admin said back when Pat was trying to nuke the subreddit, he filed DMCA takedowns on drawings of him, like this. Claiming he owns the copyright to drawings. Another level of faggotry from the fat tub of shit.

Just so everybody can enjoy his retardation in its entirety, here's the rest of the drawings he DMCA'ed:

Pat, I still cant believe you are suing yet again. You're such a fat idiot...My Lord.

How long do you think it will take for the law offices of Strang Bradley to become Pat posters in their own right? You already know that someone is going to end a staff meeting with a hearty "Enjoy prison!"

Even better, Pat will absolutely violate his attorney client privileges by talking about their conversations, which means this could become an even bigger shit show down the road.

I hope they got their money up front. Otherwise they might want to look into purchasing the paystrangbradley.lol domain name.

Attorney/Client privilege is just to prevent the government forcing a lawyer to talk about a client: and to keep the lawyer quiet. The client can blabber all they want - they shouldn’t, but there’s no penalty legally (besides blowing up their case or admitting other crimes).

The whole DMCA saga sounds like a fun one. One looks possibly traced but it’s obviously transformative because it almost makes him look good.

"Haven't gained a pound in many years, stalker. Enjoy prison."

Pig is oinking again on xitter and again promises all with prison.

EDIT: Seems fat is again xeeting at stalkerchilds from behind a block given how whenever you click on his xeets the stalkerchild xeets are listed as "not avaliable" which makes me wonder if he has received a sternly worded instruction to just fucking block the trolls for the sake of his court case which he has in is infinite brilliance found a loophole for so he can continue NOCHILDing to his clogged heart's content

Wait, "vindicate the violation of Plaintiffs' constitutional rights"? Wouldn't that mean showing the violation is justified, or do I not understand English?

You understand English. The person who wrote this doesn't know how to use vindicate in a sentence correctly. The unintended meaning is that the lawsuit seeks to justify and defend the "violation of Plaintiffs' constitutional rights." The intended meaning is unclear. If vindicate is replaced with stop, the sentence takes on a meaning consistent with the lawsuit's purpose. On the other hand, "violation of" can be deleted to form another intelligible meaning, i.e., to maintain, uphold, or defend the plaintiffs' constitutional rights.

There are also grammatical errors and incoherencies in the document.

The author can't decide whether the plaintiffs are victims of terrorism, bullying, or harassment. These terms are not interchangeable; moreover, terrorism--by definition--has a political motive and/or objective.

(Combs, Cindy C. [2018]: Terrorism in the twenty-first century. Eighth edition. New York: Routledge.)

What is the political dimension of SWATing Fatrick? Who is the third party that is experiencing fear and anxiety as a result of witnessing Fatrick being SWATed?

I would expect to see a more precise use of language in a legal document (or undergraduate essay). The phrase "end the madness" is similarly out of place in a legal document (or academic work). It is hyperbolic figurative language. What specifically is "the madness"? Is it the SWATing? The police responses to the SWATing? Those police responses that were deemed overly aggressive?

Finally, the last clause contains a semantic redundancy in that anything that happens again necessarily occurs in the future. It is sufficient to end the clause at "happening again" or to remove "again".

This isn't a legal critique. It is a critique of English composition and argumentation. But I have come to understand--from other posters--that it is also without legal merit. The entire document embarrasses the legal firm that submitted it.
