I hypothesize they come here like other KF users, i.e. to laugh at retards, then they start bringing in some of their... baggage. Eventually they find similar users and start a feedback loop of autism. It probably isn't only for this reason, these users doing it in public DMs are probably exhibitionists of some sort as well as the above.
