I'm more of an m&m person, but this is defo like a series, new installment every week. It's like learning about modern day human psychology without actually studying it at university. It's very interesting stuff. What's the final episode gonna entail?

Considering that he’s already tried to kill himself, probably an overdose where he finally went too far and no one was there to stop him tbh. I think it would be better if he survived on and deteriorated though, because then we get tranny depression posts which are usually comedy gold imo.

I can see him going far enough down the rabbit hole to actually get The Chop, only to suffer some Yaniv-esque complications and discover firsthand that necrotic flesh and infected fissures are decidedly not very sexy.

I really hope he wakes up and realises he's deluded before it's too late, I'm sure he's not stupid enough to medically castrate himself, although he can afford it, I don't think he would even get fake breasts tbh, because deep down he knows it's just all one big fetish. I completely forgot about this, but Finn's current boyfriend thinks himself to be an "expert" on HRT. He published a PDF on how to "safely" take HRT, which details a lot of the risks. Hofstetter was unbearably bad so I completely get why he is dubbed the worst guest. He claims he's a comedian when most of his viral fame is 'heckles' which in reality are mostly from Q&A portions of his shows and not actual heckles. Plus he's just not funny in the slightest.

Finn was just a bad guest in general. The first episode with him had some slight relevance since it had the hosts questioning everything about him, but after an hour of questions and general curiosity it became apparent that he is just fucking boring. The only thing he had to offer was the fact he was dressed like a woman and making off-hand jokes about it, but other than that he just wasn't fun to listen to or to pay attention to. Most guests are at least a little bit interesting, whereas Finn is some Gen Z Minecraft YouTuber with no life experience and who's only notable factor is that he looks like a tranny. Somehow it worked though since they brought him on more than once despite nobody asking for it.

What's hilarious is that PKA have had really bad guests before like a psychedelic shaman guy who the hosts called out for being an idiot, a show director who couldn't provide any conversation and left after an hour, and some business CEO who mocked one of the hosts for vaping during the episode. And yet Finnster was so boring and bland that he's voted ahead of them.

I been seeing that name for week and I was like "who the fuck is that retard" and yeah it turns out it was one of those omegle dudes who I just forgot existed. It's probably just being used as an umbrella term for a combination of random shit they're doing. Like you said, HRT is popular for menopausal women or women with low estrogen levels to build this back up when your body naturally doesn't produce much of it. I'm guessing that's why a lot of trannies take it to help elevate their estrogen levels since they're not biologically a woman, and there's probably options for men to reduce testosterone which I'm guessing is what this guy is doing.

Here in the UK it has to be prescribed by a GP and then you're available to purchase it at pharmacies, but it's different between someone dealing with menopause and someone with gender issues. Someone with menopause can get it relatively quick whereas guys wanting to use it have to go through several evaluation processes to get it approved.

The thing is that here if you go through the NHS it can probably take over a year or more to get all that shit done since you're essentially on a waiting list to be assessed for free. But if you pay and get it done privately you can get it done much quicker, and it's hard to see why any private doctor would turn you down for it when you're willing to throw money at them. You have people like Finnster who can pay large amounts of money to be told he's got a problem and be chemically messed with for profit.
