Holy shit, when was Michael Shellenberger this fucking based? I only knew him as the ardent supporter for the adoption of nuclear power by the United States and discrediting claims by environmentalists to discourage nuclear so I only expect him to be knowledgeable within only energy and environmentalism and not stuff like politics and troonery, since he's Californian. But this dude surprised me by exposing probably one of, if not the largest medical/troon scandals in history, and damn, Shellenberger has my full attention and he is probably one of the few journalists I now respect.

KiwiFarms is basically it now that I think about it. Twitter is the only other place with eyeballs on this topic and it's infested with shadow-banning saboteurs now that Musk is no longer at the wheel. If a pack of Youtubers including Ethan Klein did videos on it like they did Vaush's lolicon stash it still wouldn't amount to the tidal wave of tards who'll follow people like Hasan Piker off a cliff when he says that puberty blockers are fine. The left actively disregards any evidence that is supported by or supports right wingers. The most you could hope for is reconfirming to the whole of the right what we all already know.

I want the WPATH dump to be the straw that breaks the retarded camel's back, but I feel like it's simultaneously too complicated for normies and it won't contain anything terves and fruit enthusiasts don't already know. What you'd need is some mainstream journalists to package it up into something highly readable for the NYT/Atlantic crowd, but I doubt those guys will touch it. It's starting to become lightly permissible to question the worst parts of youth transition, but it's still such a shibboleth for mainstream progressives that I just don't see it going anywhere. I hope I'm wrong.

I'm sorry, call me heartless, but threatening suicide is a manipulation tactic. I'm so sick to death of troons threatening to kill themselves all the time. Maybe it's apathy or empathy exhaustion, but if someone kills themselves because someone didn't let them cut their tits or dick off, they weren't going to function as a living being anyway. Something sooner or later would have made them 41% and most of the time it's after they transition or get surgery. I honestly hope the kids ruined by the troon movement get help, but I understand that it's too late for many of them. At that point, we can only blame the people that pushed them into it.

I had a thought about this the other day as I was driving to the office.

I remember several years ago when I was in high school, those early 2000’s “STOP abusive relationships” PSA posters would always very specifically inform people that “threatening suicide” is/was an “emotionally abusive tactic” common in abusive relationships.

I guess that kind of got memoryholed or it’s “transphobic” to apply the same standard to genderspecials trying to extort people for their personal gain?

if budlight can lose billions from hosting a single tranny i think there could be some push back drummed up for mengele. i dont see it as doomed as everyone else does i see it more an issue of getting enough people to care and to snowball the story i dont think were at the stage where if it got exposure people would just accept it en masse without a word.
