But I thought we were supposed to have absolute trust in them, and to leave medical decisions solely between patients and their doctors? I look forward to see what Tony complains about. There's a ton of (darkly funny) stuff in the documents, such as WPATH members talking about one MtF troon who is upset that he's still ejaculating out of his urethra post-vaginoplasty, and that it smells like semen (it is, just without actual sperm as the testicles are gone). One of the WPATH members tells the original doctor to tell the troon to "enjoy the ride […] it's the ultimate physical sign of orgasm… what's not to like?" Enjoyers of the SRS thread might remember that there is a video in there showing exactly this phenomenon.

lol he complains about the Washington state thing. I wish I could remember the name of the document released by a firm in the UK that detailed how trans laws and policies get pushed through back doors silently, tacked on to measures likely to have strong support, and how it’s recommended not to allow much discussion in media as to avoid drawing attention and giving the public a chance to object.

I know, I know, it’s ok when we do it etc etc
