In TX my friend says Crenshaw will win, but it's 60/40, I believe in '22 it was 65/35. Everyone in town endorsed his opponent but Eyepatch McCain is still in a safe red area with old republicans who think serving in the army and being injured means you can do anything because Black Rifle Coffee.

In good news, the republican house majority leader in Texas who pushed the Ken Paxton impeachment sham, Dade Phelan, looks like he will lose. That's a good scalp to claim.

Of course Asa Fucking Hutchinson would be placed above Trump, but it seems even more consistent with MA’s character that they’d place Binkley above Hutchinson. DeSantis continues to look dickless and weak, languishing in 2nd-to-last. But the truly golden, enjoyable part is Nikki Haley being dead last. Even the uniparty GOP’s stunning & brave, (literal) token of courage and cleanliness still gets the “lolnope” treatment from the massholes, and it cracks me the fuck up.

Also, it’s interesting the way MA colors their R ballots blue and D ballots red.

North Carolina's were weird too, it started with the D's, and then proceeded in alphabetical order, with C being at the very end. I assume they were made when DeSantis was still in the race.

I could never see myself volunteering near a polling place or officially endorsing any politician. I am NOT going to be anybody's lapdog in the machine. That's just me. Glad you're doing your civic duty I suppose.

I could be misremembering but I think my ballot also still had Ron DeSantis on it. I had no reason to care too much about it at the time.

Also around 300+ apparently voted for Chris Christie in my southeast state. I guess that means he was on the ballot too? This morning was a blur, honestly.

according to that one poll guy people like in this thread and others its less that minorities will vote for the GOP but the dems voters will sit this one out. its extremely similar to what happened in loudon county that gave the VA GOP dude the governorship, a shitload of people that usually vote Dem (minorities) were pissed about the tranny rape in their schools and just skipped voting that day. something like 99% of people that voted trump in 2020 plan on doing it in 2024, whereas only 80% of people that voted biden in 2020 will do it in 2024. thats enough of a swing to cause a landslide.

Its not only the first time its happened, Famously the jews refused to vote dem after crown heights and it not only led to Mayor Rudy but most of the "moral majority" winning in massive landslides in the rest of the 90s. even Billy Clinton got a fuckload of money from the jews of brooklyn who didn't want the usual leftist that supported Dinkins as their candidate that year.

Vermont is being called for Haley. Its hilarious how blatant she was destined to be the kosher red candidate that dems could vote for and not feel alienated. Literally TWO places won. TWO. The main ratnest and the bluest state in the US.
This victory will give her the boost she needs to hang on, hoping on hope Trump gets kicked out.
