Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Wont save anything. When the personnel wait for command from a shore HQ to start damage control for fuck sakes.. And sit anchored and immobile after receiving a warning about possible attack 30 minutes ago..

The BSF doesn't do basic shit and continuously getting punished for it.

Also, late and already posted
The hohols are really making it impossible for Russia to end the war before taking Odessa, aren’t they?

All these propaganda strikes are like pissing your pants to stay warm. You get a few headlines right now, but in the long run they’re only hurting themselves.

Chinese military kino is usually top tier, what the fuck is this shit?
The flying tigers were an american pilot group in China. Pretty sure black pilots were an incredible rarity, but might just be that Chinese audiences associate blacks with the American military, so it was an easy way to make it super clear "this is a foreigner".

Why he's in a japanese uniform for that one pic, I have no idea. The flying tigers were working with China, not against it.

A very bad TV drama, obviously. Group of Republic soldiers are dispatched to rescue the crew of a yank bomber the japanese shot down.

Chinese audiences hated it as well. It’s basically part of a wave of anti-Japanese propaganda, but the script is bad even by those standards.

He’s not part of the air crew, he’s just a black man fighting in the imperial army for some reason. Might be intended as a dig at the Ainu, but it seems weird even for that.

The pathetic British Ministry of Defense - a real bunch of losers - never tell us the source of their ludicrous claims. Maybe they should lay off the gin dudes. Blackrock will buy Ukraine at fire sale prices. Personally I have a lot of sympathy towards Russia, but I don't care so much about ethnic identity. As far as I'm concerned, if you speak Russian and wish for Russia's well-being then you are Russian. The nice thing about Russia is that like USA it attracts quite a bit of immigrants, so it has time to try to reverse its demographic issues. However, I do believe that low birth rate is a civilization-defining challenge for most countries today. I think humanity will come out of it the other end much more religious and conservative since liberals and progressives simply refuse to have children.

You are surprise about the disconnect in a time of internet information: There are pro Ukraine channels that have ten times more viewers than you who are making money feeding their viewers what they want to hear.

The west had plans for using Yulia Navalnaya, but the ever-helpful Ukrainians have scuttled the idea completely now.

From Politico:

“The world stubbornly wants to put Ukrainians and Russians side by side, implying, they say, that both are suffering from Putin’s authoritarianism. The victim and the aggressor are not equal,” Iryna Gerashchenko, a Ukrainian MP from the oppositional European Solidarity political party.

“The tragedy of the Navalny family is not equal to the genocide of the Ukrainian people,” she added. “All Russians are responsible for this terrible war. They did not stop it.”

Washington Post:

While in the West, we have always thought of him as someone who fought bravely and courageously against Putin, in Ukraine, Navalny is seen as in line with a mind-set of Russian nationalism and imperialism,” said Alina Polyakova, president of the Center for European Policy Analysis, a Washington think tank.

The New York Times coverage seemed to have "ducked" entirely the question of why neither woman was attending.

An EU army just seems delusional to me.
A majority of europeans are (rightfully) unwilling to defend their local shithole with their life to begin with,
so in what world would they fight for some even more detached bureaucratic bootleg soviet EUnion?

Also how would that even fix any of the issues of the current armies? This wont increase the production of arms or availability of personell.
Is this some soy-alchemy where you pool together 12 mediocre armies that dont fit each other and somehow get one big functional army and productive defensive industry out of that ?

Who am i kidding, this is just about being able to threaten the eastern EU countries with violence when they step out of line, isnt it ?
Some "peacekeeping" forces to "protect democracy" in Romania, Hungary or Poland if they accidently dont vote to go full globohomo.
Dont need much in terms of "neer peer" ability for that. Just some goons with outdated tech and no loyalty to the people they oppress is enough if given in sufficient quantities.

An EU Army is a huge fucking larp, and will basically never come to pass because its a fucking nightmare. The best you could get would be a semi-feudal style of countries being expected to be able to raise and lead formations at request of the EU, but sending six disconnected forces with different equipment, different organizational structures, supplies, logistical trains, and frankly commitment to a given conflict is retarded.

Any attempt to create a truly EU army would both require convincing all the member states to place a military force above and outside the control of their own states, with authority over them, and presumably require the entire EU to actually authorize using it. This is just more of their attempts to slowly sneak a free trade zone into a supranational entity, and its retarded every time.

Or just sending a "goodwill" signal to the US to keep their nose in EU affairs.

So a t72 knocked out another Abrams tank?

Any media on this?

If this resulted in the mutt soldiers booted out from Europe, I'd be fine with a feudal larp army that supposed to keep up the peace and nothing more.

I mostly agree, but I'm not sure it never coming to pass.
Federalization keeps creeping along slowly. They never let a chance go to waste. Latest step was authorizing common EU loans under guise of the Covid scamdemic against EU's own rules.
