I tend to think that running a site like this singlehandedly makes one crazy or requires an insane person to run it or both could be possible. He's told me to fuck off several times and I don't take it personally because I realize this whole endeavor must be a massive PITA. I think the last time he told me to fuck off, he was just frustrated and, like me, couldn't understand the massive amount of bullshit that came from my Q&A thread based on what @0 2 said and what I only found out after the thread how long the resentment about Catler had been building up after finally reading the Woman Hate Thread again after months of just saying fuck it and the Man Hate Thread. I always want to give people the benefit of the doubt and I just don't care about following every poster around, so I made that thread so he could defend himself. I just thought he was a gimmick account and several others told me the same thing because he was just so over the top here, it didn't seem real. He didn't defend and here we are. And all the mess that came out of it...Jesus Christ.

When you deal with an Internet culture in which people have constantly fucked each other over and have it recorded for all time it must be quite a lonely experience.

We obviously don't know anything about his personal life but spending a significant period of your life having to defend a gossip site, dealing with courts, and then even dealing with problems in the place you've basically sacrified any expectency of normality in life for ...it has to take a toll eventually.

Kiwifarms is a massive website with a large presence and compared to the websites that shared the same type of goal (SA/Metokur/etc) it has been a lot more stable, however at the cost in that Jersh is having to manage a website that should need a moderate staff team to maintain on his own.

Another issue is that no one can really help him unless they're extremely secure in life and can't be fucked with, or are ideologically aligned to such an extent that they want to be a warrior for a cause, Anyone else has to consider their family and personal life. Even mods on here get doxed just for being mods, regardless of ever actually doing something retarded or weird - and that's from people on OUR side not even including the stink ditch tranny faggots that see us as worse than Hitler.

I don't think he's flipping out. I've seen him flip out before, and he was actually open to suggestions that weren't "RESTORE IT NOW NULL FUCKING DIE" and at least trying to find solutions to getting people to be more active about what they discuss on forum rather than in PMs.
