A reasonable compromise for all of you to hate and hate me for suggesting it:
- All stickers set to 0 points, Achievement trophy being the only exception. Alternatively disable only positive\negative points - it was very entertaining when A&H had only neutral and positive stickers.
- Re-enable sticker notifications but make them turned off by default, like e-mail notifications from DM chains. If some users love them so much, they can manually turn them on in their profile settings.

Genuinely a great idea. Then these absolute mongoloids can't keep pretending we care about the gay points.

Probably the biggest issue I had with stickers is that if a post I made got a lot of reactions, whenever I clicked on my Alerts page all I would see is a bunch of icons in response to something I said and it is kind of a pain to have to siphon thru the reactions just to get to what I clicked on Alerts for in the first place, updates to threads I was following.

It's unfortunate that so many retards take the rating score shit so damn seriously but that's what happens when retards are allowed to use the internet. I'll be honest, I got worried one time when my "score" dropped by like a couple thousand or some shit right after I got T&H thinking that I had brought great shame but it turns out a thread I was shitting up with ol' Deadpool got swept the fuck up.

Doing away with the spam DM shit is a godsend though.

At this point I am willing to believe that a part of the users genuinely believes that you've outright removed the ability to use stickers. And if they're being ironic retards they're still retards.

The only thing that's gone is the visibility of the reaction score and the sticker notifications. Everything else remains the same.

Sorry for notifying you and once again suggesting something, but I'd stop giving any attention to the sticker debate for that month of waiting period after the change because right now it's counterintuitive. It's good enough for actual forum use as-is, normal users will adjust well.

Honestly don't really need the notifications, but not being able to see reaction scores on any profile should be served as a punishment well deserved to the spergiest of sticker spergs. They complain like a Redditor, they get marked for the punishment and mocked as such. That mark can be something like an avatar overlay featuring a scaled up trash bin being worn like a dunce cap while covering 60% of the avatar, and with raining puzzle pieces on top of that as a complement. To gain some extra milk generated from the seething, the effects can be permanent.

I'm more interested than anything why he's making a change. Personally it's fascinating seeing the reactions and sperg outs. Including on myself. I've actually been able to stop doomscrolling, so in that respect, it worked.
