  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

You wouldn't though, because you're a gang of pussies scared to death of receiving a picture of a hat, hence collectively incapable of processing somebody being mean to you online about your transparent self-serving sophistry once robbed of your one tool.

Were you born this stupid or did your learn along the ride?

Nah. Null has stated, multiple times, that not loving Republicans with every fiber of your being isn't a bannable offense. He's stated he's had new users try and report me to get me banned for not being a Republican, which is hysterical
He's stated a lot of things he'll go back on, I was just using something that'd get you banned as an example the dude is a histrionic bitch who'd be the kind of person we'd have a subforum on if he didn't make the site.

It's a shame that there will never be anything like this again but Null will at some point shut this down in a tism fit and then we'll be forced to deal with all the offshoots, it's already begun to happen Null getting angry at the V-tuber thread for liking something he doesn't has made a pretty decent off-shoot.

Maybe we should get him his own personal tard wrangler?

Wait...the people who want notifications about stickers are...the people afraid of seeing what they've been rated?

I think we are dealing with a bit of confession through projection here, boys. The people sperging about keeping the OPTION from being available are actually the people who get so buttmad at receiving negratings that they don't even want the OPTION to be notified because they know they are incapable of turning it off if available to them. This is starting to make a whole fuck of a lot of more sense to me now.

I've known @Null for over a decade now. He is a pretty reasonable person. He puts up with shit until it becomes too much of a hassle for him to deal with and has quite a bit of patience before something gets to that point. He likely is sick of dealing with the autism surrounding sticker notifications and honestly I can't say that I blame him

i still have trouble understanding how sticker notifications are an issue for anybody in the first place
if you dont like them you can just turn them off, it's what i did as soon as i found out that the option exists

Everyone needs to relax, Null obviously disabled sticker notifications, reaction scores and join dates for Lent, because we need to give up our autism for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This means that all these features will be available on sundays and after Lent ends.

komm, suesser Tod.... tumbling down tumbling down.....

after several hours of coping and seething, i have realized that i no longer need react alerts since i now spend all my time on my reactions received page, refreshing every few seconds and hoping, just praying someone notices my posts and gives me updoots

Serious question. What autism? What complaints were there prior to the removal of functionality?

All I’ve heard is that there was an epidemic of zoomer / furfag shitposting and annoying people through mass DMs. (I was added to one. I uninvited myself. The end)

And from somewhere this has been attributed to certain users not liking being rated dumb when they annoy people, and acting out as a result. That’s a theory, but it seems a bit far fetched.

Trying to understand why those people can’t just be told to moderate their own behaviour if they can’t stand virtual dirty looks from others. Or to at least inform them how to turn the feature off so that they can ignore it.

I know it’s not a big deal really but I’d like to hear the reasoning if there was any, rather than people reverse justifying it.

You know, for someone that likes to cast judgement and hurl insults around like its candy covered in C4 like "addict", you sure like to keep throwing the same shit over and over. I almost dare call you addicted to calling us addicts for just not agreeing with a decision.

Thats like an obese man calling people pro liberation of weed addicts without even knowing if they actually smoke it or not, its kind of hypocritical.

Maybe we just dont like having options removed, period. Even if we dont use said options. People got principles and they dont always step in only when it affects them directly.

*rubs eyes in frustration* Even here, Hogan?

Here *drops autistic sticker*

Carrying on.

They have to keep repeating the stuff so when it's 3 months down the road only thing people remember is the things they said.

Gotta keep repeating the lie to make it the fact.

I liked using it as a way to track threads I've posted in. It was a way to let me know that the thread was still active and to peruse it. Wasn't even really aware that they awarded points or that people tracked those points. I think simply just removing the active tracker of score would've been a better option but I can understand why it's been removed if people were abusing it. I'll just learn to use the site in a different way if they're not coming back.

It has been difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone honestly, including Null. Doesnt help that asking questions or raising up good points is often met with mockery and insults (they dont make any sense when you think about it).

The jist of it is that a minority of posters annoyed Null over DMs and sticker notifications a lot and this is his punishment to "set us straight" in how to handle the farms. Even tho nearly everyone else hasnt done anything to him or were even involved in this mess to begin with.

It is his site, true, but it all just felt harsh and hasty. I havent seen a single person actually complaining about them outside of very few and you they tend to ignore they can just manually turn off the feature.

Just doesnt seem like a good move for the site, you know?

Case uhh closed....?

At least lies need to make some sense of it, even if superficially. They are saying we are mad about stickers when we are arguing to bring stickers back?

And any argument is met with just mockery so its like trying to beat a pidgeon at chess, it wont happen.
